What protection is offered to those whose PERM took more than 2 years? If Processes are taking forever does other rules like 180 days remain same? There is no concept of future employment. Give GC in fix no of years to merit based applicants like other countries.

Please issue the refugee travel documents for at least 2 years. Most of the countries do not accept travel documents that will expire within 6 months prior to entry. So, a 1-year refugee travel document is technically usable for 6 months.
