Please help. Using the Runway connector on an Unlimited plan seems to not allow using Explore mode generations

First of all, please improve the Runway UI and add a Cancel Generation option. When I first subscribed to the Unlimited Plan, the generation speed was excellent, but now it has become extremely slow and frustrating.

Tell people about the bait and switch scam. The unlimited plan is a lie, you end up waiting sometimes for hours. They also took away my annual payment of $912 USD accusing me of automating interactions and refused a refund. Scam artists!
