There is a lazy axil on some trucks. The round piece of tree trunk acts like a cog to drive the lazy axil. With both wheels working like a diff-lock, the truck is able to get out of being stuck, because one wheel is spinning.

What a BS fake. If u watch closely u can see how loosely the log sits in there. Power transfer impossible. My guess - the truck has AWD and the driver just activated the differential locks
