Using AI for this is so funny to me because these creative shots realistically do very little for a video's algorithm performance or educational value. But the process of designing, shooting, and editing them is the fun part that keeps me motivated to make the video.

They’re automating the fun parts of filmmaking… The process is what drew me to the art form so im not sure what the draw is if you automate it.

As egalitarian as that sounds, I think I'd disagree. 80% of the camera/accessories industry is bullshit that creators don't need, but buy anyway because it allows them to be more creative. My videos would likely do just as well with a single camera/mic, but I'd be burnt out.

I 100% believe that when it comes to indie filmmakers and the like, and I don't see them changing their workflows This is likely more meant for content creators who love showing off their skills for their followers, but aren't skilled videographers and can't afford one

Every time I see florescent light flicker in a youtuber's video because they didn't adjust their shutter speed I hear that 60 cycle hum. 50 cycle if they're British.

But the look so fucking cool
