This isn’t about choosing Come Over over Into the Sun or the other way around. Both deserve to be heard properly. We wanted Come Over to be included in the album as well, not just as a hidden track—we genuinely find it moving and truly a masterpiece. But that doesn’t mean another track should be pushed down or replaced. It’s about giving space to both songs without removing anything at all.

In a field of 35+ drivers and teams, there are plenty of storylines. You just have to care enough to go find them and have the historical perspective to appreciate them. NASCAR Racing is about the racing itself. It hasn’t been and shouldn’t be centered solely around the championship. If it happens to be close, great! If it isn’t, that doesn’t mean the series is boring. If you can’t find something to write or talk about, maybe you don’t like racing? There isn’t a championship format that exists that will save the Cup series. The on track product should be the story and the absolute priority for NASCAR to fix in order to save itself.
