Why would you need Canada’s dark vessel detection technology to track such a big ship? A simple plane would easily do this. lol. 😂

DVD System is literally a joint arrangement between Canada's DFO and PHL National Coast Watch Center. It utilized layered multi-sensor satellite data to provide near real time satellite imagery , also to counter vessels deliberately turning off their AIS.
