Your brain isn’t breaking — it’s begging for silence.

I just slammed it against the wall, I feel better now.

We built a world that fits in a palm, but our bodies were not designed to live folded into a screen. For kids and teens, the question isn’t “phones are evil”, it’s whether growing brains and growing bones get enough daylight, movement, real sleep, and real faces. Technology can teach, connect, even protect, but anatomy still asks for the basics: eyes that rest, necks that lift, hands that make things, hearts that belong somewhere offline. The healthiest future won’t be “no screens”, it will be a new literacy: knowing when the tool is serving you, and when you’re serving the tool.

@Grok: Can you summarize the plot of this segment in this video, and then give me a prompt, which is a complete description. The timeline of the whole scene

If I put my phone down, how I want take see this video?

Using phone all day/Scrolling to please your dopamines is making you unproductive. If you find it addictive do this Unistalled apps . When sleeping leave your phone in sitting avoid scrolling when in bed. Have a skill to build —Switch the dopamine to something that build you.

"Meditation"🌹🌹

What should we now do? What about using laptop?

People just mention abnormality of eyes due to phone usage But however, while scrolling reel, just observe your breathing slows down that normal, ur heart beat reduces than normal due to focus on screen

This is stupid. Whoever made this doesn't even understand screens. What resolution, what is the screen type, what is the subpixel layout, What is the refresh rate, Is the screen gloss or matte. Here is a list of different screen types. Everyone's eyes are different, it's not a one size fits all. Even the content you consume affects phone usage. Are you watching X videos that are only 40FPS, or are you watching 60FPS videos on YT. Or are you watching 30FPS videos. Do you scroll all day on a 60hz phone, or a 120 hz phone. All of this matters. Does the resolution of the content you are watching match your phones resolution. How much do you use your phone. LCD-based (backlit) typesLCD TFT LCD (or just TFT) IPS LCD (or IPS-LCD) IPS (short/common version of IPS LCD) TN (older, rare now) VA (Vertical Alignment, uncommon in phones) OLED-based (self-emissive) typesOLED AMOLED Super AMOLED Dynamic AMOLED P-OLED (Plastic OLED) POLED LTPS OLED LTPO OLED (or LTPO AMOLED) Flexible OLED Foldable OLED Other/niche or marketing terms (often variants of the above)Super PLS (Samsung LCD variant, similar to IPS) Super LCD Super Retina XDR OLED (Apple branding) Fluid AMOLED (OnePlus branding)
