Using Rocket, I built a client portal around a problem most founders and SMBs deal with: Client updates, files, deliverables, invoices, and project status scattered across WhatsApp, email, Drive folders, and shared docs. Now each client gets one place for everything. Here’s how:

Instead of sending the same Drive link again or digging through old messages, each client gets their own portal. They can see: - Current project status - Latest files - Deliverables - Invoices - Updates And this is not just a mockup. This is a fully working app built around a real business workflow using:

And the same idea works for other repetitive business problems too. For example, I also looked at an Invoice Chaser app. Connect unpaid invoices, set the follow-up schedule, and the app handles the reminder emails automatically until the invoice is paid. Different problem. Same idea: Build software around the workflow your business actually needs.

@rocketdotnew @heyDhavall this was a game changer for me. trying to manage all that info in different places is a nightmare for solo founders. everything in one spot is gold.

@rocketdotnew Thanks for ssharing this

@rocketdotnew Centralizing client communication saves so much time.

@rocketdotnew Will check this!

@rocketdotnew The client portal solves a very real problem: replacing scattered updates, files, invoices, and messages with one workspace.

@rocketdotnew How long did this take to build?

@rocketdotnew Can this really replace all those scattered tools?

@rocketdotnew Nice build. The final_v4_REVISED_FINAL.zip detail is painfully accurate, I lost count of those years ago. Consolidating client comms is boring work that actually keeps clients around.

@rocketdotnew Well! I gotta check this
