@paulybrown @benedictgarman @Jacqui_Galvin @HerdJemimah yes, BBC verify has identified it... NOT the OSINT guys going through satellite images and surveillance drone footage, NOT the ukrainian armed forces flying those surveillance drones... why do you need to claim credit for it? just report on it! @BBC @BBCWorld @BBCNews

GeoConfirmed UKR - Ukrainian Kursk Offensive Operations. Since the Ukrainian Kursk offensive in August gained considerable ground, Russia has been slowly pushing back the Ukrainians from the north over the past few months. What is remarkable now is that Ukraine is deploying its offensive strength on the only side that has remained rather unchanged since August: the eastern side. This could indicate that the Russians have not committed offensive capabilities here, forcing a block and betting on maintaining the status quo until their main assault, coming from the North, has fully repelled the Ukrainians out of Kursk Oblast. The Ukrainians now appear to be taking advantage of this situation. By focusing their efforts on the eastern side, where Russian forces may be less prepared or stretched thin, Ukraine could potentially exploit a weakness. This strategic move might aim to disrupt Russian plans and create new opportunities for Ukrainian advances, even as they face pressure at the north side. However, this approach carries significant risks for both sides. For Ukraine, diverting resources to the east side of their Kursk operations could weaken their defenses in the north, while for Russia, an unexpected breakthrough on this front could lead to their north offensive capabilities being outmaneuvered and compromise their overall strategic position in Kursk. The coming days/weeks will likely be crucial in determining the success of this Ukrainian gambit and its impact on the Kursk conflict dynamics. It’s outrageous that President Donald Trump has threatened to sue the British Broadcasting Corporation (BBC), say many in the media. “You have to admire the chutzpah,” wrote one columnist. “Donald Trump describing the BBC as ‘corrupt’ while threatening to take legal action….The man has never been known for his self-awareness, so it’s safe to say the irony has almost certainly passed him by.” But there is no question that BBC employees deliberately manipulated Trump’s remarks on January 6, 2021, to make it sound like he had encouraged violence. An independent outside auditor, Michael Prescott, wrote a major report on the BBC’s bias, which concluded that the BBC had “spliced together two clips” to create “the impression that Trump said something he did not and, in doing so, materially misled viewers.” Americans might think this story doesn’t concern them because it’s about a British media company. Few Americans listen to the BBC. But the story is highly relevant to Americans because US news media companies are guilty of manipulating their coverage of Trump, transgenderism, and race in nearly identical ways as the BBC. And given the BBC’s longstanding reputation as one of the most credible news organizations in the world, Prescott’s independent report has rightly sparked a major international media discussion. Over the weekend, the BBC’s CEO and its Director-General both stepped down. “The Future of the BBC is Now in Doubt,” writes Tim Stanley, an influential columnist, in the Daily Telegraph. Prescott’s report should inspire reform-minded owners of US news media companies to clean up their act. For example, CNN falsely claimed that January 6 was an “insurrection” that resulted in the deaths of five people and did a similarly manipulative edit of Trump’s speech, noted an investigator on X, MAZE. “It may not be technically as bad as what the BBC did,” he noted, “because there was a quick flash transition, but the goal was the same. Make the speech sound worse than it was. Take everything out of context and put it together in an order that makes it sound as bad as possible.” Last year, we criticized CNN and other news media for deliberately twisting the meaning of Trump’s remarks about Liz Cheney for being a war hawk, and Prescott makes the same observation. “Mr. Trump was clearly criticising politicians who readily send US troops to war without thinking about the human cost,” he notes. And yet “the BBC repeatedly pushed this inaccurate version of what Trump said.” Readers of Public are aware that we have been critical of the BBC’s fact-checking program, “BBC Verify.” One purpose of BBC Verify appears to be to label stories with which the BBC disagrees as “misinformation” and thus as something that social media platforms should censor. Last year, the BBC’s Director General, Tim Davie, said, “Disinformation, propaganda, and partial news is [sic] weakening our shared understanding of the world, undermining trust in our institutions and our democratic process,” shortly after the BBC had buried a large package of investigative stories on the problems with giving children and adolescents puberty blockers and cross-sex hormones. BBC’s first “disinformation” reporter, Mariana Spring, apologized in 2023 after she was caught lying on her resume. Spring remains employed at BBC as its “Social Media Investigations Senior Correspondent.” Prescott described how BBC Verify spread misinformation. “BBC audiences were being encouraged to believe Britain’s major insurers were, intentionally or unintentionally, racist and charging high prices to customers based on their ethnicity,” notes Prescott. “The central claim implied causation, (that being an ethnic minority resulted in you being charged more), but the reporting and commentary did not consider other issues that can affect insurance charges.” Adds Prescott, “the entire report was taken down, which I understand is very rare. It had taken six months for the BBC to take decisive action about a story that was not fit for purpose and spread damaging misinformation. As far as I know, no one has ever been disciplined for this hugely embarrassing episode and worrying questions remain.” Another example of the BBC’s bias concerned a major story about doctors causing serious harm to children, adolescents, and vulnerable adults. Readers of Public will recall that in the Spring of last year, we released documents, The WPATH Files, which a whistleblower had given to us. “In March 2024,” writes Prescott, “there was widespread media coverage of leaked documents from the World Professional Association for Transgender Health [WPATH] which raised concerns about the quality of care given to gender-distressed children. It was picked up by the Mail, Economist, Observer, Washington Post, the Times, and others, but not the BBC.” Prescott points out other examples of the BBC's censorship and bias on transgenderism. It refused to cover detransitioners, people who regretted taking hormones or receiving surgeries in an attempt to change their sex or gender. It didn’t cover a major lawsuit by a group of nurses after their hospital allowed a man to use their changing room. And, beyond WPATH, the BBC gave little to no coverage of the trans medical scandal, even though the UK government has banned puberty blockers. By contrast, the BBC produced “a surprisingly high number of stories about drag queens,” celebrated a male wrestler who competed in the women’s category, and published an article last year headlined, “Transgender woman guilty of rape after night out.” Wrote the reporter, “Lexi Secker, 35, of Lowbourne, near Melksham, was living as a man when she attacked a woman in Blunsdon, Wiltshire, on 23 April 2023.” More information about the scandal may come out. Just today, Cath Leng, BBC’s former chief writer, says she was “forced out” in 2023 after 25 years because she was critical of transgender ideology. Prescott identified other areas of bias, including on race and the war in Gaza, all of which pointed to a single significant underlying problem. “My view is that the Executive repeatedly failed to implement measures to resolve highlighted problems, and in many cases simply refused to acknowledge there was an issue at all,” he writes. “Indeed, I would argue that the Executive’s attitude when confronted with evidence of serious and systemic problems is now a systemic problem in itself - meaning the last recourse for action is the Board.” All of this is deeply damaging to the BBC, regardless of whether Trump decides to sue it. “BBC staff have destroyed their own trump card in future negotiations over the licence fee,” writes Stanley at the Daily Telegraph. “The problem is this: in the modern, post-TV world, the licence fee is entirely unjustifiable. The BBC has to explain why, when there’s so much else available, it should be allowed to compel us to pay for it – just when tastes are diverging, national identity is fractured and the quality of the BBC’s output is in doubt…” What, then, explains the BBC’s fall from grace? //The Wire//2300Z March 10, 2026// //ROUTINE// //BLUF: WAR CONTINUES IN MIDDLE EAST AS DRONE ATTACKS CONTINUE. SHIPS BEGIN ATTEMPTING TO RUN THE STRAIT OF HORMUZ AMID IRANIAN TARGETING EFFORTS. US CONSULATE IN TORONTO TARGETED IN SMALL ARMS ATTACK.// -----BEGIN TEARLINE----- -International Events- Middle East: The Planet satellite imagery company has announced an extension of their holding of satellite imagery throughout the Middle East. Planet had previously instituted a 96-hour hold on all imagery of American installations in the region, for the Operational Security (OPSEC) reasons of preventing Iranians from using up-to-date satellite imagery in their targeting efforts. As of this morning, Planet has extended this delay to two weeks, with all imagery of non-Iranian terrain being withheld for 14 days from all customers. Strait of Hormuz: The Strait remains semi-officially closed, as most commercial vessels refuse to accept the risk of trying to run the gauntlet. Iranian forces continue to strike cargo vessels, but some vessels are making the attempt to transit the Strait, amid these threats. This morning, one commercial vessel was reportedly struck by a drone (or had a near-miss), highlighting the risks for commercial shipping. Analyst Comment: Interestingly enough, some vessels have pulled a Leeroy Jenkins, and plowed through the Strait over the past few days with their transponders off, hoping for the best. Other vessels have also tried the old standby trick that was discovered during the Houthi targeting in the Red Sea last year...they're changing their AIS transponder data to claim affiliation with China, in hopes of being allowed free passage. This has worked for a couple of dozen vessels so far, but the targeting of shipping in the Persian Gulf is still too random to draw a conclusion as to what's actually being targeted by the Iranians. Korean Peninsula: South Korean officials have voiced concern regarding the reallocation of American strategic resources from the region. This morning, the South Korean media group Yonhap published photos of Americans disassembling a THAAD battery, which is being relocated to the Middle East to replace at least one of the sites that was damaged/destroyed by Iranian targeting efforts. Canada: This morning an active shooter was reported at the U.S. Consulate General in Toronto. Toronto Police state that a white Honda CRV approached the facility, stopping at the main entrance. Two suspects exited the vehicle and fired shots from handguns at the Consulate, before egressing from the scene. Multiple shell casings were recovered from the shooting site, and the shooters remain at large. -----END TEARLINE----- Analyst Comments: National security is of course a higher priority than providing up-to-date satellite imagery of the Middle East for the civilian world; as unfortunate as it is, censorship is a critical part of warfare and there's absolutely nothing that can be done about it. However, the timing and nature of this censorship occurring now, is quite interesting. As a reminder, the Chinese have provided extremely detailed imagery of American equipment losses since the start of the war via their own satellite networks, so the Iranians don't exactly need American satellites at all. This seemingly unimportant satellite imagery delay can also serve as an indicator for the expected timeline of the war...requesting American satellite companies to intentionally withhold their imagery from the public for two full weeks is not something that is done if the war is coming to a close. Right now, a lot of rhetoric is flying concerning the potential end of the conflict, with analysis of President Trump's remarks on the war focusing on how long the war might last, or what might happen over the next few days/weeks. At the moment, we cannot make decisions based on this rhetoric, as it changes by the hour and is frequently contradictory. What we can do, is look at the facts. American companies are being ordered to withhold satellite imagery from the region for two weeks. American positions continue being targeted by Iranian drones, to include another strike at the THAAD battery in Abu Dhabi this morning, and a strike at Al Udeid Airbase last night. The United States continues to level and crater most military installations throughout Iran with overwhelming dominance, to include bombing sites which have already been bombed. Dubai and the GCC states at large continue to be targeted daily by Iranian drones, and flights are routinely grounded due these targeting efforts. All of these data points indicate that this conflict may last for some time. All it takes is a phone call to stop the bombing and bring everybody home, and considering President Trump's style of rapidly changing policies, this could very well happen. But as of right now, the ground truth does not reflect any "off-ramps" being feasible for a while. Analyst: S2A1 Research: Disclaimer: No LLMs were used in the writing of this report. //END REPORT//

Where we are now and what can we expect in the coming months within the context of Russia's war in Ukraine: ◾️Ukraine and the world continue to await tensely for the results of the US elections. In the meantime, Ukraine and Russia continue active diplomatic actions to consolidate support for their allies. ◾️ Russia's primary focus is on discrediting Ukraine in the West, dividing our allies, and interfering in the US elections to divide Americans and increase instability. ◾️ During his visit to the US, President Zelensky met with President Biden and had meetings with presidential candidates Kamala Harris and Donald Trump. ◾️ Ukraine continues to destroy Russian military depots and military logistics; Ukraine produces its own drones and other weapons. ◾️ Russia increases its weapons and drones production as much as it can, despite sanctions. It uses weapons supplied by Russian allies - Iran and North Korea. There are reports that production of Russian Shahed drones has exceeded Russian original plans. ◾️ Russia is intensifying its strikes on Ukrainian cities, deliberately targeting apartment blocks, hospitals, and nursing homes. Its main purpose is to cause as much panic as possible, intimidate Ukrainians, and force them to leave their lands and homes. Strikes are unfortunately likely to continue, especially for Sumy and Kharkiv. Zaporizhzhia is now within the range of Russian KAB bombs, so it is likely to be under constant strikes as well. ◾️Despite the lack of "cannon fodder", Putin doesn't dare yet to announce open mobilization in Russia and increases hidden mobilization instead: increases payments for signing army contracts and recruits soldiers from other countries, including countries of Africa. Russia is increasing its presence there at an alarming rate which is very dangerous for this region. ◾️ In the coming month, the Russians will probably try to solve the "Kursk issue" at any cost. The "deadline" is likely set before the US elections at most but a desirable timeline for them is before the BRICS summit in Kazan (22-24 October) - to demonstrate to the BRICS guests that Russia is in control of the situation and is a serious partner. Otherwise, the situation when a part of Russia's territory is under Ukrainian control (when Putin had the intention to capture Ukraine "in three days" almost three years ago), is rather humiliating for Russia. During August and September, Russians have accumulated forces, have reformed and will now try to counterattack our troops. How the situation in Kursk region will develop depends on many factors and on the decisions that AFU leaders will make. ◾️ One of the key elements of these upcoming months are the elections in Moldova and Georgia at the end of October, where the influence of Russia and pro-Russian forces is enormous. ◾️We are likely to hear increased nuclear threats and other escalation rhetoric from Russia. ◾️Ukraine will face further problems due to electricity shortage. ◾️ Due to the escalation in the Middle East and the US elections, Ukraine is fading from the information field, which Russia is actively using, knowing that its crimes against Ukrainian civilians will not make the headlines in the Western media. Accordingly, many people outside Ukraine have the impression that the situation is getting better. But this is not the case at all: the situation is very tough and complicated. And it will continue to get worse. The largest war in Europe since the Second World War continues to rage on. The whole world is waiting for the US elections. The situation of strategic uncertainty will last at least until November. It is crucial to go through this period with a cool head, keeping the focus on Ukraine and showing Russia that the West does not withdraw its support. I'd like to end with a reminder of these Putin's words, which he said in June 2024. Nothing has changed for him: he intends to wage a war until the end. And it must become his own end.

"Putin's squads" hint that Russians who use VPN will face consequences (in the video, they are killed.). Some context for this video: ◾️Internet shutdowns are becoming increasingly common in Russia: In June 2025, there were 655 Internet shutdowns; In July-August 2025, there were over 5,000 shutdowns. Whole Russian regions are left without Internet, including state, banking services, online payments, taxi orders, etc. etc. Sometimes, the reason given for the shutdown are drone attacks on Russia. ◾️This has already left to a huge outflow of money from the Russian banks - people don't have access to their own accounts during shutdowns, and they need cash to pay for goods and services when cashless payments are not available. Over the summer, Russians withdrew about 700 billion rubles from their banking accounts, further undermining the Russian banking system. ◾️However, Russian authorities promised that state-owned and/or controlled media, propaganda resources and Russian social media will be available during shutdowns. Unlike them, there have already been several shutdowns of YouTube in Russia, for example. ◾️In Russian Kamchatka, the whole region was left without Internet for 48 hours in September. The authorities said it was due to repair works and that critical services would work using satellite connection. ◾️Russian MPs have already made suggestions to make Internet shutdowns a regular occurrence. So far, this has not gone any further, but these ideas are floating around and can be turned into law at any point. ◾️Russia has also introduced its own messenger called MAX. It is developed by the state. Since September, it must be pre-installed on all mobile devices sold in Russia (and users report that it downloads itself on devices they already own, as well). Online state-provided services in Russia now work through confirmation codes via MAX alone. The messenger gathers not just basic personal information about each user but saves text input history even on unsent messages. The developers (aka the Russian state) have access to all chats and calls, and it can only work using a Russian or Belarusian phone number. ◾️Since an increasing number of foreign websites are now blocked in Russia (including Instagram and X, for example), VPNs are becoming more and more popular. A lot of media projects are selling their own VPNs now, promising full access to the Internet and easy use. Now, it seems, Russian authorities have noticed this trend and will take measures to control/block these services.

Last year, Save Windermere, in partnership with Richard Flemmings , embarked on a groundbreaking data collection programme, backed by the UK Space Agency , to study England's largest freshwater lake, Windermere. Well, now we are incredibly excited to announce that we have the results! And they are incredibly straight forward: ➡️ There is a direct correlation between visitor loading in the area and algal growth in Windermere. ➡️ Algal growth has been shown to worsen when lake temperature increases. ➡️ There is no correlation between agriculture and algal spikes in Windermere. ➡️ In the last 3 years, there have been single days where over 300,000 people were in the catchment. ➡️ Despite owning the vast majority of sewage infrastructure in and around Windermere, United Utilities refused to provide any data for this publicly funded study to help protect our lake. This work builds on Save Windermere’s growing, rigorous scientific portfolio working closely with organisations like Windrush WASP and WildFish but this catchment-wide study with Richard Flemmings , looking at the overall health of Windermere, has now clearly demonstrated that when more people are here, we see more algae in the lake and the climate exacerbates this issue even further. This underscores the necessity for a long-term infrastructure investment plan, which surpasses the current inadequate proposals, addressing both untreated and treated sewage. Save Windermere now has even more evidence that justifies our overarching campaign message; stop putting sewage in Windermere. This solution has been implemented in lakes all over the world including the famous Lake Annecy in France. Their lake is now free from sewage and is classified as the cleanest in Europe. Similar action must be taken to protect this nation’s lake forever. 🚨🇮🇷🇺🇸 IRAN MAY BE DOING SOMETHING FAR MORE DANGEROUS THAN PEOPLE REALIZE For years, Western analysts assumed Iran’s missile arsenal was mostly about spectacle, loud launches, dramatic footage, limited real military effect. The opening phase of this war suggests something very different. Iran is not firing randomly, it appears to be dismantling the architecture of U.S power in the Middle East piece by piece. Satellite imagery, official statements, and open-source intelligence indicate that Iranian strikes have already hit at least 17 installations across the region, including 11 U.S military bases. The targets tell a story, and it’s not the story many expected. Instead of focusing primarily on runways or barracks, Iran has concentrated on the invisible systems that make modern militaries function: radars, communications nodes, logistics hubs, and refueling aircraft. Iranian strikes appear to revolve around four objectives. First, sensor blindness. Radars and missile-defense sensors are the eyes of modern warfare. Destroy or degrade them, and even the most advanced air defense network begins to stumble. That may explain the reported damage to critical systems like the AN/FPS-132 early-warning radar at Al Udeid Air Base in Qatar, a billion-dollar installation that provides missile detection across much of the region. Similar sensor targets appear elsewhere, including THAAD-related radar infrastructure in the UAE and an AN/TPY-2 radar in Jordan, one of the key systems used to track ballistic missiles and guide interceptors toward them. Second, operational logistics. Iranian strikes have repeatedly targeted staging hubs and support infrastructure rather than just frontline forces. At Prince Sultan Air Base in Saudi Arabia, strikes reportedly damaged five KC-135 aerial refueling tankers on the ground. That matters more than it sounds. Tankers are the lifeline of long-range air operations. Without them, fighter jets lose the endurance needed to patrol vast airspace or conduct sustained strike missions. Take out the refueling network, and the entire air campaign becomes harder to sustain. Third, command and communications. Iranian strikes have hit satellite communications terminals and radomes tied to command networks across the region, including infrastructure linked to the U.S. Fifth Fleet headquarters in Bahrain. Disrupt those systems, even temporarily, and the battlefield becomes slower, messier, and more dangerous for the side that depends on centralized coordination. Finally, economic pressure. Alongside military targets, Iran has signaled a willingness to threaten the arteries of global commerce, particularly shipping and energy infrastructure in the Persian Gulf. It’s a reminder that this conflict isn’t confined to bases and radars. The global economy sits uncomfortably close to the front lines. Taken together, these strikes align closely with a doctrine long discussed in Iranian military circles. Strike fast and heavily early in the war, forcing defenders to burn through interceptor missiles and exposing weaknesses in radar coverage. Then transition into a long war of attrition, where smaller numbers of missiles and drones have a greater chance of slipping through degraded defenses. There are hints this dynamic may already be unfolding.

🚨 UK AIRPORTS UNDER INVESTIGATION FOR NEARLY 90 EPSTEIN FLIGHTS & POTENTIAL TRAFFICKING OF RUSSIAN-REGION GIRLS Nearly 90 private flights linked to Jeffrey Epstein moved in and out of the UK over two decades - not because the rules were absent, but because responsibility was so dispersed that no authority ever owned the full picture. How does that compare with the security procedures of US airports? See the attached tables below 👇 Private jets operate in the blind spots of border control. They arrive away from public terminals, are handled by third-party operators, and are subject to discretionary immigration checks rather than standardised screening. In that environment, flights can be technically legal while still escaping meaningful scrutiny. The Epstein disclosures expose how that weakness may have persisted for years. Analysis of US Department of Justice material, reported by the BBC and others, identified at least 87 Epstein-linked flights arriving at or departing from UK airports, including London Stansted, Luton, Birmingham and Edinburgh. Police forces in Essex, Bedfordshire, the West Midlands and Scotland have confirmed they are now assessing the information following the document release. Former prime minister Gordon Brown has claimed the files show that girls were flown in from Eastern Europe and Russia-adjacent regions via UK airports, including Stansted, and transferred between aircraft. That claim has not been independently verified, but it has intensified scrutiny of how private aviation arrivals were handled and what checks were applied. What is already clear is that the records themselves are opaque. Passenger manifests sometimes list travellers only as “female”, without names or ages. Emails referenced in the Epstein Files discuss UK visa status, transit arrangements, and whether passengers could switch planes at British airports. The BBC identified at least three British women whose accounts intersect with the flight records. The number of people who may have been trafficked through UK airports remains unknown — not by accident, but because the system never required that number to exist. That absence of clarity is the real scandal. Let me know your thoughts and as always I would be very grateful if you can share 🙏 #EpsteinFiles
