I am advocating for the establishment of a State Capture Commission to combat entrenched corruption in public sector institutions. The commission would independently investigate and expose instances of abuse of power and corruption, holding public officials accountable and recommending legal actions. The aim is to deter corruption, restore public trust, and promote a culture of integrity and accountability in governance.

This is nothing but abuse of power of State Machinery. Muslim voters are being harassed not to cast their votes in by-elections in Uttar Pradesh. Will the judiciary take a suo moto of this abuse?

The law is clear and today the judge confirmed: the President is bound by the Constitution. The President cannot—and must not—use the immense power of the executive office to negotiate with an agency for personal benefit. Public office is a public trust, not a personal leverage tool.

Boykin: When you give that kind of power and money to a law enforcement agency, which is now the largest and most well-funded law enforcement agency in the history of our country, you create the infrastructure for systemic abuse.

The abuse of state resources by Duduzane Zuma is on steroids. On a visit to Eastern Cape, Duduzane Zuma’s motorcade had full SA Police Service 🇿🇦 escort, his vehicles were fitted with blue lights. His security personal armed with machines guns which are illegal and this was in full view of the South African Police . This is the corrupt Zuma family, not even in power but this much abuse of resources. Just imagine what they will do if they get into power.

TMC Councillor Dhananjay Garai was beaten up by the local public for extorting ‘cut money’ in Dubrajpur, Birbhum. He has to run for his life in a semi-nude condition. This is the level of anger the Bengal public has for TMC leaders and their minions.

A police officer was seen taking money from a delivery motorbike rider. This is not just misconduct it’s corruption and abuse of power. Officers are meant to protect the public, not exploit them.

Dragging an RTI activist out of a public office (R/South BMC Ward) for seeking information is not just misconduct it is a direct violation of the Right to Information Act, 2005 and an abuse of power. Are public servants now above the law? Is asking for information a crime? This is a serious attack on transparency and democratic rights. Immediate independent inquiry, suspension of responsible officials, and strict action under law is necessary. माझी Mumbai, आपली BMC माझी Mumbai, आपली BMCWardRS मुंबई पोलीस Mumbai Police कांदिवली पोलीस ठाणे - Kandivali PS Mumbai CMO Maharashtra Eknath Shinde - एकनाथ शिंदे @OfficeOfDevendra #RTI #AbuseOfPower #Transparency #Accountability Video by @swarnipradesh

With the federal government undermining public trust and weaponizing the DOJ, New Jersey should be expanding efforts to combat abuse of power—not rolling them back. I gave testimony against S4924 yesterday on that very premise—our record shows it, and the public deserves it.
