Hope you enjoy @Weather_Up_ 3.0 as much as we enjoyed building it and using it ourselves.

Here are a few fun little things we did with this update: 1. You can compare forecasts from Apple, AerisWeather, and AccuWeather right on your Home Screen. This is what my forecast looked like a couple days ago, all 3 predicting different things:

2. We, of course, don’t sell user location data, but we took user privacy even further with this update. We intentionally don’t collect any personal data and even delete IP addresses from our servers as soon as a data request is complete. We also use those servers to anonymize all external requests so that third parties can’t associate an IP address with precise location data.

3. We took advantage of Apple’s new price options to set the price at $40 per year or $4 per month. No more of that $39.99 BS* *Though we probably will do an A/B test as some point just to make sure that bit of pricing psychology doesn’t matter as much as people assume

@Weather_Up_ @bbatsell @matthewskiles @flarup Sniff… can we haz LCP4.0 based in similar magic. I know, I know. But I would love a modern looking Launch Center Pro with modern widgets sprinkled on it. Damn you Apple

@Weather_Up_ @bbatsell @matthewskiles @flarup Beautiful! Congrats 👍🏻
