Labour have 14 years in opposition to plan & try new ideas in Wales, they have failed and the Welsh are paying the price. England will be doing the same.

Why are you comparing the NHS to takeaway or banking? You know it’s not that simple The NHS is not a company You can’t contact a GP in the afternoon or evening when symptoms appear. Emergency care can’t help everyone. It’s an institution that has been underfunded by the tories!
