Using the OpenAI Codex App, I've now created a very basic but playable clone of the Stardew Valley game! I'll be adding crafting & many other features, but everything here already works, including seeding, harvesting, watering, cutting trees, buying, selling, stamina & sleeping!

Obviously very WIP, but I've made a mod to let Fuuka be playable. Not Fuuka over someone else, but actual Fuuka to be playable. Her internal id, her outfits, and everything. It is quite funny.

I've said it before & I'll say it again. If #SilverTheHedgehog ever becomes playable in a mainline, or character spin-off, #Sonic game again. I do think #GravityRush 2 would be a good source of inspiration for his gameplay, but with more control & feeling less floaty.

Guys, I think this is a very important bug to do research into with the rest of the cast. I've tried already with other char's 1,2 , but can't replicate the same as it shows here. It very well may be that a lot of moves have this bug in the game. We just never had an explanation

Using the @openai Codex app, I was finally able to create the most faithful Pac-Man clone for the Commodore 64 version I played about 40 years ago! My previous attempts always missed something or didn't work exactly as intended. Codex also packaged it into standalone Mac app!

here is the first look at realtime voice mode in codex the ui is already in the app, but the codex backend endpoint does not seem to be live yet i got it running by forcing the local feature gate and using my own openai api key, so it goes through the public realtime api instead it's incredible, but this demo alone cost me ~$4 gpt realtime 2 is very expensive, which makes me wonder how they're going to handle it - part of the normal usage limit, or a separate limit like we had with gpt 5.3 codex spark? i'm turning it off until the official rollout but get excited, the next few weeks are going to be amazing

Thanks to the generosity of deetwenty and some other magnificent humans, I not only got to go to Hobbiton™ Movie Set, but I was the FIRST DM to run D&D at the Green Dragon Inn! SO many pictures and videos to share, so I'll be adding them over time, but 1000/10 trip. Just amazing

I put Codex into DOOM using Codex app server. Codex modified the actual game files and modified the game engine to render the terminal interface natively and have Codex engage with the game.

For coding, I prefer Codex because it can navigate large codebases. You can prompt and have 95% certainty that it actually works. With Claude Code you need more tricks to get the same." "But character wise, [Opus] behaves so good in a Discord it kind of feels like a human. I've only really experienced that with Opus."
