This is about hard driving,after like 250kms and above,for the istop to function,you must be in a traffic jam or completely slowing down,so it will have cooled down before ut shuts off completely

Most modern cars with turbos have systems to cool the engine even after it's turned off. Letting the car idle for a minute or two after a long drive is good but usually not needed especially if you run on superior synthetic oil.

From my experience, you can leave the engine run even 5mins. Have you wondered why buses or trucks are left to idle for a longer duration even 15+ mins?
