Hi, I was wondering if UTM has any plans to improve its support for AI agents, allowing them to create virtual machines, start and stop them, modify their configurations, shut them down, and even control and interact with VMs through enhanced tools or APIs.

UTM has had a scripting interface for a while. Your agents will understand it. Try it out! We've used it extensively for testing during development.

Amazing work! Quick question: is the experimental DX11/12 driver Apple Silicon–only, or does it work on Intel Macs too? Either way, congrats on shipping UTM 5! 🙌

snapshot management is the bit i'm most interested in here. being able to undo a guest update makes experimenting feel a lot less expensive.

You mean I now can install Vista/7 and experience the perfect Liquid Gla... I mean Aero without suffering? 😮

Snapshot management should pair nicely with testing the experimental graphics driver. It would be useful for compatibility reports to capture the guest OS, driver version, and snapshot state together, so a rendering regression can be reproduced from the same setup.
