They’ve been jailed by the authorities for their political choices and for exercising their constitutional right to protest, and are kept in deplorable conditions in this blistering heat, making them lose consciousness & deteriorating their health as can be seen in this video(before their phones got snatched). The rule of terror unleashed under the so-called “democratic movement” has brought tremendous harm to our democracy and the moral & social fabric of our society.
