Building nuclear reactors that are easy to replicate is a SpaceX style problem: "What we're trying to do here is build a reactor which is easy to replicate. It's a little different from mass manufacturing. Different from a Tesla style problem, more like a SpaceX style problem. You have a complicated vehicle that you need to get really good at building and deploying in a repeatable fashion. When I first started the company, we didn't have a size in mind for the first reactor. It was very explicit. We told the team we don't know how big the reactor is going to be. We don't know how powerful it's going to be. We didn't know those numbers until a year to 18 months into the company. We told ourselves we are going to discover the power level through the manufacturing process. Our instinct was as long as that number turns out to be somewhere above 15 megawatts, we should be pretty good for mass production. If you're under 15 megawatts, it's pretty hard to scale the right way. You just end up doing so many different pieces of operations that it becomes more complicated. But our feeling is above the 15 megawatt break point, you have something that can really scale. And we think this reactor ends up somewhere around 25 megawatts. 25 megawatts being the sort of scale factor where if you want a gigawatt, you just build 40 of them. The next challenge for us as we turn this on and turn the next one on is how do we get to the place where we're turning on one reactor every day and then multiple reactors every day. That's how we're going to climb into the gigawatts."

Shutting down TikTok is not good for 6 million small businesses in America that make a living off it. We just need to take out the onerous piece, the spyware. That's what Congress was upset about. We’ve put together an offer that says we'll buy it without the algorithm because we can't use it. It is spyware. So we're gonna rebuild the product and make it much better actually. It's what we want to do to save the platform for Americans. I think it's the right thing to do and the company should want that also. This is the only path I see forward.

I don't think we did as well as we could today. Maybe there's one or two things we could have done better. I think the major lesson, to be fair, is that our fundamentals are strong. We didn't play badly at all today. But because of how we are as a team, it can always come down to very tight margins. We're a team that doesn't generally blow teams out. We're a team that is so, so good at grinding out rounds and doing that sort of stuff. So I think the big lesson is: we're good, our fundamentals are good, we just have to be tight, and we just can't let anything for error slip in. There are lessons to be taken from this. This wasn't a bad loss. You get bad losses sometimes. It didn't feel like, 'Oh, we don't know what went wrong.' No, we know what went wrong. It's one or two small things, and it's things that we can adapt to, and it's things that will be better under different circumstances, and things that we can make the circumstances better for as well. So yeah, I think that would be the big lesson. We just have to be tight in these circumstances and there's no room for error on our end. That's a big, big, big thing."

YOKO ONO: ONOCHORD, VENICE, 2004 Yoko: The world is divided in two industries. One is the War Industry and the other is the Peace Industry. The people in the War Industry are totally together. They don't have to talk to each other, even. They know exactly what they want to do. They want to go out there, kill and make money. But the people in the Peace Industry, which are us - we are so idealistic that each one of us criticises the other Peace Person in the Peace Industry. And we are always just arguing and we are wasting our energies doing that. So let's just forgive each other and see that we are in the Peace Industry and that's all that counts. Even if you are not marching for peace, just be yourself, being a florist, being a merchant, being a talior, anything. That way you're contributing to the Peace Industry. People are just concentrating on fear, confusion and anger. And therefore just for a moment, I'd like us to think about Love. In a very magical, straight way, John and I met in London and from then on we stood for Peace and Love. And when I do this kind of event. Well it is... I was inspired to do it, but I still think that I'm still with John in spirit. John and I created the country called Nutopia. Not Utopia, because there was Utopia as a concept already. And we wanted to create a new concept, so we just added N on it - Nutopia - and as a country. Well, that is the concept of a country. And we all are citizens of that country. And in my apartment in the Dakota Building, we put a little plaque on the back door, the kitchen door. It says 'Nutopian Embassy' and even now we have that. (laughs). Nutopia exists in our minds. And because of that, some people want to rebel against it. The reason some want to rebel against it is a good proof that it exists. I think that it was a terrible thing that happened in Chechnya. But we have to still keep our hopes up. And instead of giving up, we have to keep on sending the message of Love to each other. You say that I am the Ambassador of Peace. We are all Ambassadors of Peace. You are too. Everybody in this room are Ambassadors of Peace. Just the fact that we are not participating in War. The fact that we are here, and we are what we are, means that we are in the Peace Industry. All of us. John and I used to say that our apartment in the Dakota is a conceptual monastry, just for the two of us. And when we go out of the Dakota, we get so many people communicating with us, so it's very important that we had silence and quietness. And my apartment is a very small space compared to the world. And I need that for my peace of mind. You should be kind to each other. You should come together, hug each other, love each other, express our love to each other and we should make it work. We should finally create a world that is a totally an Earth for Us. So let's do it. The key thing is that we need enough people and enough tonnage on Mars such that Mars can survive and continue consciousness even if something were to happen to Earth. Obviously, I'm not talking about abandoning Earth or anything like that. We want Earth to be as good as possible for as long as possible. But there are certain things that may be outside our control.
