Day 5 of my 30-day water fast. Yesterday (Day 4) was the best day I’ve had so far. •Least cravings. •Least anger. •Least frustration. •Least crash-outs. It feels like I’m purging out every negative emotion and toxin that’s lived inside me. I’m having strong emotional responses—crying at things I wouldn’t normally cry at. Even just thinking about food hits different. Taco Bell. Sushi. Kebab. And during Ramadan, knowing my mom is cooking up a storm every night makes it even harder. The vape cravings? Completely gone. But I know that if I think about it too much, my body will remember, so I just keep my mind moving forward. Started at 200 lbs on Day 0 (night time weigh in with food intake and water intake, dropped to 192.2 on Day 1, and today, on Day 5, I’m at 181 lbs. Not trying to lose weight too fast—I need as much on me as possible to survive the next 25 days. But the best part of all this? Being live 24/7. Not just to prove I’m not eating, but because I’m building a real bond with the people watching. It’s just me, them, and Muffin in this cabin. Love you guys. Inshallah, I’ll succeed today and be back tomorrow for a Day 6 update. 💕💦

Brussels has buses burning in the streets over budget cuts. Stockholm has gang shootings every week. Rome can’t keep the airport open. Madrid is rationing electricity. The White House is now hosting UFC pay-per-views on the South Lawn. Meanwhile I walked home at 1 AM last Tuesday in Dubai with my phone in my hand and didn’t think about it once. The metro works in 50°C heat. The hospital saw me same day for $200. The visa office processed my friend’s residency in 48 hours. The people yelling about Dubai online have never been here. Every European who actually visits ends up looking at apartments before they fly home. (saw it so many times). Most people have never even heard of Stanley, Idaho ~ but once you go, your soul literally begs to come back. I stayed right along the rushing river at this gem, then spent an entire day steering a little boat across the crystal-clear waters of Redfish Lake, surrounded by jagged Sawtooth peaks that look like they were freshly carved by God. To say I didn’t want to leave is an understatement. My soul is still craving to go back. One day I hope to come back and see it from a motorcycle ~ wind in my face, twisting mountain roads, and those insane views unfolding around every corner. Pure freedom. Another day. Another racist death threat via voicemail. A triggered white man called my church and declared, “Time to toe tag a n*gger preacher who doesn’t know a f*cking thing about Jesus.” Let’s be clear about what that means. A toe tag is placed on a corpse in the morgue. This wasn’t political disagreement. This wasn’t theological debate. It was a death threat. Why was he offended? I posted a depiction of Jesus as a Black man. The same people who lecture everyone about “Christian love,” “religious liberty,” and “ending hate” are often the first to resort to racist slurs and violent threats when their mythology is challenged. If your faith is so fragile that a picture of a dark-skinned Jesus drives you to threaten murder, the problem isn’t the picture, it’s the wickedness in your heart. I’ve reported this threat to the FBI. The current administration has repeatedly said it will vigorously investigate threats against churches and violations of religious liberty. We’ll see whether those promises apply when the target is a Black pastor and the person making the threat is one of their own. Let me make one thing perfectly clear: I will not be intimidated. I will not be silenced. I will not stop preaching the Gospel. And I certainly will not stop exposing the sickness of racism that continues to masquerade as Christianity. Jesus wasn’t threatened because He preached comfort. He was threatened because He challenged the system. Some things never change.

Before I even say this just know GOD IS THE GREATEST 🤲🏽 For YEAAAAAARS I mean NOBODY w/ 2 feet has spent the amount of $ I have supporting and pushing a brand I’ve loved since I could remember, I sat front row at EVERY BIG SHOW literally, all the good times it brought to my life to the point when I started making music i incorporated in everything like WU TANG did karate, I made ppl who hated the product watch it again I made it look kool, when at the time ppl thought it was nerdy, I’ve watched that same company sit countless of ppl next to me who’s not even fans fr and act like I didn’t exist, I was threatened to take everything out of my music which I only did to pay homage or my whole catalog would be demolished and everybody knows how hard I worked coming from Buffalo for me to get that threat for just supporting and being a real fan hurted me but I stayed quiet and still like a krazy man sat front row bc I loved the culture, I even just went viral for spending 50k on suites.. on my soul I’ve only been respectful, I tried having conversations with 1 individual bc he’s causing all of these unnecessary cases and tbh he hates seeing a young black successful entrepreneur that could afford those seats and have to watch those chains dance across that screen to the point Monday night raw starts at 8pm I was kicked out by 803 after spending 5k for a seat plus travel, hotel etc…. in my own city for absolutely NOTHING!!!! No lie the kid in me heart broke that day… I put the billboard up that MILLION DOLLAR MAN billboard up which he loves and I wanted to push him in the culture bc he deserves it and to shOW VIRGIL love for the culture I get a letter saying ………: so I said u know what I’m a show love only to the ppl that show love to me from now on… so u don’t have to worry about me pushing that product over there again, and it’s sad bc i still love them but I have my own company 4THROPE and yea we’re the underdogs but we love this shit, it’s not about money, we’re gonna keep pushing culture and I’m honored to have @joshbishop187 on the trilogy cover bc he deserves it for believing in me from day one as my first official wrestler… 🤘🏽🦂❤️🌹 #HEELSHAVEEYES #SUPPORTART

In surgery, the anesthesiologist, scrub techs, assistants, nurses, and specialists each have a precise moment where their work must be seen, executed, and respected for the operation to succeed. If one part fails, the overall execution loses quality. 🎥 And the same applies to a stage performance. 📍There are cameramen positioned at every corner. 📍There are technical directors. 📍There are people coordinating transitions, camera cuts, and screen time. Everything is rehearsed. Everything is planned. Everything follows a script. So explain to me why, when it’s Jimin’s moment to execute his part —his lines, his center, his movements, his expressions— the camera suddenly cuts away, ignores him, or prioritizes other shots instead. 🎭📷 Because this is NOT accidental. ❌ And the fans can SEE IT. 👀 This is not about competing against other members.
