Hold on sir please You’re saying I paid an engineer or a firm 2m Den dey gave me a design nd budget First engineer got an idea to reduce the cost of d budget by %20 but won’t tell me unless I let go or the firm have %5 Isn’t dat d reason I hired an engineer in d first place?
