Look at how American children live! I filmed this on my way home from New York City after attending the World Falun Dafa Day parade a few days ago. I happened to get stuck behind a school bus, which kept stopping and delayed me quite a bit — but it also gave me a chance to closely observe the happy lives of these children. As you can see, the school bus drops each child off right at their home. Sometimes two houses are only five or ten meters apart, yet the bus still stops separately for each family. It doesn’t try to save time by dropping the children somewhere in between and making them walk home on their own. Around the 10-second mark in the video, you can see a small child get off the bus and cross the street to go home. That’s why in the United States, whenever a school bus stops, not only must all the cars behind it stop, but even the cars coming from the opposite direction must stop as well — all to ensure children can cross the road safely. I filmed both of these clips from inside my car. I was quite amazed that day, but I hadn’t had time to share them until now. Today I finally wanted to show everyone. This is what a society built for people looks like! And compare American children's lives with those of Chinese children! A follower of my Chinese language account 曾錚 says that a lot of Chinese middle and high-school students are just like prisoners, and their parents are only allowed to visit them at school once a month!

When I say the interview with Vlad was completely impromptu and off the cuff, it was. 007 stealth mission, right place & right time. For context, Vlad said no to every media company except for CNBC and maybe one other for interviews, no matter how big or how prominent. We tried talking to the comms guys before, but it was not going to happen for us. Here's how we made it happen... I walked up to Vlad after he was speaking to the NASCAR driver whose car was on the floor at the summit, and I had my producer with me and I saw him take a selfie with another attendee, and so I knew it was my opportunity to get the interview in. I walked up to Vlad, and I go, "Hey Vlad, can I have a picture as you hear in the video below?" The first thing he says back is, "Oh, hey, you're Andy, right from The Rollup?" I just laughed a little bit, and I think said something like, "Man, I really appreciate y'all being here, and you guys are crushing it." That's when I was like, "Hey Vlad, can I ask you some questions real quick?" and he was like, "Sure man" and then we got straight into it with the first question about tokenization. Honestly a hilarious moment. I just wanted to get some words from Vlad about Robinhood, chain, and tokenization because we didn't hear much about digital assets and DeFi in the keynote or at all during the summit. I know you guys were a bit concerned or curious as to what his takes were. Be more bullish. Tokenization supercycle is in the early innings. Higher. Vlad Tenev Robinhood The Rollup

🚨 WARNING: SOMETHING EXTREMELY BAD IS COMING!! The situation in the Middle East is entering a terminal stage. Trump has just returned from Beijing, where he met with Xi Jinping. Official statements sound like an ultimatum. And it smells like the beginning of a MASSIVE APOCALYPSE for the world economy. If Iran does not agree to Washington’s terms on the nuclear program. The US may launch a new wave of MASSIVE ATTACKS. If you hold any assets: - Stocks - Crypto - Bonds - US Dollar You MUST read this post before it's too late: Trump directly stated that Xi Jinping is fully aligned with the US. On the fact that “Iran MUST NOT possess nuclear weapons”. And that the Strait of Hormuz must remain open at any cost. China is the largest buyer of Iranian oil. Trump has already promised to consider lifting sanctions on Chinese oil companies in exchange for Beijing abandoning Tehran. Iran is effectively being left isolated by the superpowers. Either capitulation or total war. Judging by the rhetoric of the Iranian Foreign Ministry, they are not planning to surrender. And Trump has already threatened to resume missile strikes. Markets are already pricing in the worst-case scenario. If Trump pulls the trigger, we are facing the BIGGEST SHOCK in history The Strait of Hormuz is blocked. Minus 20% of global oil and a massive share of liquefied natural gas (LNG) simply cut off from the world. Iranian missiles have already damaged Qatar’s infrastructure (minus 17% of gas export capacity). Brent already pushed through $110-$120 per barrel, analysts predict a spike to $160 JUST IMAGINE. 160 PER BARREL OF OIL At the beginning of the year everyone expected rate cuts and a rally. Forget it - annual inflation in the US driven by gasoline and logistics prices has already surged to the highest levels since 2023 (3.8%). The new Fed Chair Kevin Warsh is trapped in a vice. The probability that rates will not be cut at all in 2026 has jumped to 67%. Money will remain expensive, loans unaffordable. High rates + extreme energy prices = death of corporate margins. Tech giants (Apple, Nvidia, Microsoft), tied to global supply chains, will crash first because of shortages and rising logistics costs. $BTC and $ETH, which Trump promised to “make great”, are the first to react to liquidity outflows. When institutions get margin called on stocks because of war, they dump the most volatile assets first. Crypto is facing a brutal BLOODBATH. We are now standing on the edge of a HISTORIC COLLAPSE This sounds SCARY, but I will keep you updated on everything here. When I rotate money, I will post my moves here so my FOLLOWERS can SAVE their money. Follow me and turn NOTIFICATIONS ON as I will share my strategy soon. Many will regret not following me earlier...

I’ve never shared the full inside baseball on the inside fastball that broke my jaw April 5, 2008 at Ole Miss, we were facing projected 1st rounder and future Big Leaguer, Lance Lynn Before it became widespread, Lance had success pitching towards the top of the zone with a fastball that appeared to rise He got me out my first at bat on a high fastball that I should have laid off So my 2nd at bat I told myself to see the ball down in the zone My eyes jumped from his release point to the area I was trying to see the ball down to. I never ended up seeing the pitch until .01 before it hit me If you’ve ever gotten hit in the face, you don’t know what happened at first. So it took me about half a second to realize what happened When I did, I fully expected to spit teeth out and when I leaned over to spit and saw that only blood came out, I assumed I was fine Then I heard the Ole Miss head coach yell “it hit his bat,” because the cracking of my jaw sounded like a foul ball off a mental bat I turned around and yelled “shut the fuck up” at their dugout and proceeded on to first base My trainer came up to me and his first words were “oh fuck,” Knowing that was poor bedside manner, and that I was probably very fucked up, I joked “you’re not supposed to say that,” At that point I knew I was coming out of the game but I was so full of adrenaline that it didn’t hurt and wouldn’t begin to hurt for a couple hours Both the pitcher and coach felt so bad after it happened that both came to apologize to me at the end of the inning while I was beside their dugout being tended to by my trainer and their doctor I actually had to walk to the parking lot through the stadium seats and all the fans looked at me in horror as I had a white bloody rag hanging off my face. It was surreal watching their reactions to my blood We drove over to an Oxford medical center that was clearly not the best location for me to be in, so my coach’s wife drive me up to Nashville to get surgery that night We got swept that weekend and I got my jaw wired shut for the first of 6 weeks I stupidly tried to come back and play the following week. My coaches let me as I was medically cleared to hit with a face mask, but the rest of my season I was a different hitter I was hitting .400 at the time of the fracture, 2nd in the SEC, with 2 months left in the season I finished the year hitting .312. Meaning I flipped from one of the best hitters in the conference to one of the worst before and after the incident Despite finishing my Vandy career 7th on their all time hit list, this play is what I hear about the most when I return I’ve been lucky that I haven’t had much issues with my jaw thus far post incident, although I did find out that 2 of the nerves of the impacted teeth are dead, and I will likely need to get one of those teeth extracted at some point When they showed me the X Ray it was a clear break. A scary image that could have been WAY worse if it were 3 inches higher, as I likely would not be able to see out of my left eye (and wouldn’t be as handsome as I am) Anyway, to have interesting ideas you must have interesting experiences and this was certainly one

I'm building my game with GPT-6, and color correction has become one of my favorite uses for it. When I generate assets separately, I can like each one on its own and still end up with a scene where the colors don't belong together. A castle looks fine in isolation, then turns greenish against the terrain. Its swords and shields disappear into the background. Getting those things to match used to mean a lot of repainting and trying different textures. Now I've built a workflow where GPT-6 takes screenshots in Unity, inspects the object's color textures, and helps bring them closer to the look I want. I can give it the terrain or tree textures as color references. It can prepare masks, send the relevant textures through Image Edit, then put the result back into the game for another look. Editors such as GPT Image 2 Edit or Nano Banana Edit can be part of that workflow. This is also why I keep pushing for properly prepared 3D models. If the parts are separated logically, you get much more control later. We could work on the swords and shields without changing the whole castle. The stone could stay dark while the equipment became easier to read. The latest pass on my game covered the overall post effects and the skeleton castles. We matched the castles to the surrounding terrain, adjusted the equipment colors, and added a subtle moving highlight. The first stronger color pass went too far. I asked for the accents to move about 30% closer to gray, and that got them where I wanted: visible, without pulling all the attention. I'm so happy with the difference. The video shows the before and after across the map and on the castles. Being able to give feedback on the actual scene and keep refining it this way feels great.

NEW QUESTIONS REGARDING THE CHARLIE KIRK ASSASSINATION (MORE ARE POPPING UP EVERY HOUR): An event 1/4 of this size with a nobody speaker would have ambulances immediately on scene for emergency situations like this. So why was Charlie Kirk instead stuffed into a predetermined SUV, that would have to follow traffic laws on the way to the hospital, with no medical supplies, no oxygen, and no medical personnel? He's carried there by 6 dudes (including the SAME 2 GUYS that were making the umpire hand signals seconds before the shot (white hat/white shirt guy and black shirt/black sunglasses guy) The black sunglasses guy also appears to be THE SAME PERSON that was on Trump's secret service team the day he was also shot...? (see attached pic) Nobody carrying Charlie is applying pressure to the neck wound as they run him to the car. Instead, they are just letting his head violently flop all over the place, the last thing you would do following a traumatic neck injury And despite the above carelessness with a gaping neck wound...there isn't a single drop of blood anywhere on the ground, his shoes, or any of the people carrying him 🤔 How come there are new camera angles of the shot emerging showing the blood coming out not from his neck...but from under his shirt, more in the upper-chest area? Many have forgotten that the eyewitness reports on the day of the event were saying they saw him get shot in the CHEST. The story didn't change to NECK until after those 2-3 videos we've all seen spread across the internet like wildfire, which as my original post demonstrated, had some pretty weird, potentially AI-looking inconsistencies (ring changing fingers, black dot on the top-right of his shirt moving diagonally up and seemingly BECOMING the bullet hole wound, the wound itself shifting slightly to the side when watching frame-by-frame, etc.) Could this have something to do with why some video-analyzing sleuths are spotting a black object inside the collar of Charlie's shirt, right in the area this blood is coming out in the above-mentioned angles? (See the attached video where I included clips of all of these new discoveries) Additionally, is it a complete coincidence that the freemasonic #33 has been spammed ALL OVER the event, AND the following investigation? Stacks of hats on the stage adding up to 33, supposed murderer driving 3 hours to get there, 3K people in attendance, "300 cases of politically-motivated violence since January 6th" being reported across Yahoo and other MSM outlets, manhunt lasting exactly 33 hours (Kash Patel even corrected himself after saying 36 hours, to make sure everyone heard 33 on the livestream), and many more such examples And ANOTHER coincidence, that the man they've pinned all of this on looks exactly like Lee Harvey Oswald, one of the most classic patsies in the history of US Government cinema? What about the Jew decoy they trotted out (George Zinn), who also just happens to be a key witness that reported seeing planes flying into the twin towers on 9/11/01, AND has connections to the Boston Marathon bombing? How did the supposed shooter—according to the official story we're being given—take apart the gun and stuff it in his backpack & pants in seconds (not possible according to experts), then escape the scene without being seen lugging around these giant gun parts, then REASSEMBLE THE GUN BACK TOGETHER AGAIN to leave it nicely in a box in the forest. What??? Passports found underneath the world trade center, anyone? Why was Kash Patel wining & dining at a "swanky Italian restaurant in NYC" just hours after Charlie—his self-proclaimed "best friend"—was brutally murdered live on the world stage? He has a private jet - why didn't he use it to go there and investigate? What are the odds that at the exact same time Charlie was shot, there was a big senate hearing going on regarding the Epstein files, in which they concluded they were not going to release them? (A convenient time for a distraction) What are the odds that Trump and Bibi Netanyahu—in completely different timezones and with completely different schedules—posted a "Pray for Charlie" tweet at the exact same time, to the minute? How was a book titled "The Shooting Of Charlie Kirk" published on Amazon on September 9th...then quickly taken down from the website? And what about that "Charlie Kirk Dead at 31" song posted on Soundcloud a month ago? Many have commented that, after watching the Erika Kirk TPUSA press conference video, they intuitively got weird vibes from it, sensing that it appears she is acting. I won't inject any personal opinion on this one - go watch it for yourself, and draw your own conclusions. ALL OF THIS SAID: It could not be any more blatantly obvious that whether or not all of the above bizarre occurrences are just incompetence, insane coincidences, or some mixture of the two, there is something very big going on behind the scenes here, and we've been fed a gigantic plate of lies over the last few days of unfolding events, with most of the internet is eating it up faster than Kash Patel at a swanky Italian restaurant in NYC. The only question is: how deep do the lies surrounding this situation go? (Watch the final attached video for many different levels of speculation, for you to come to your own conclusions on where you draw the line) Question everything. Always.

Always.

While most of the market was selling off the Fed was raising rates and the CLARITY Act was failing in the Senate Zcash decided to do the exact opposite zcash:native was trading close to $400 at the end of June Today it’s around $1,485 That move looks completely irrational until you look at what happened before it The rally actually started with a disaster Zcash launched in 2016 with the same 21M supply limit and halving structure people already understood from Bitcoin The important difference is privacy Bitcoin shows the sender, receiver and amount. Zcash can hide all 3 when someone chooses to use a shielded address Privacy isn’t forced on everyone, it’s optional That detail matters because the entire current story comes back to whether people are actually choosing it In June, researchers disclosed an inflation vulnerability inside Orchard, Zcash’s main shielded pool The bug had reportedly existed unnoticed for roughly four years and, in theory could have allowed someone to create counterfeit ZEC without the public being able to detect it There was no evidence that anyone had exploited it But once the possibility existed, the market had to ask an uncomfortable question Is the 21M supply really 21M? Price collapsed, people pulled coins from the shielded pool and confidence disappeared almost overnight Then Ironwood arrived in July The compromised Orchard pool was permanently sealed and replaced with a new shielded pool Coins moving into the new system had to pass through a controlled migration process allowing the supply to be accounted for again A counterfeit coin couldn’t simply enter the new pool unnoticed The code was repaired but more importantly the supply became believable again That’s the first half of the current ZEC move: repair The second half is expansion Roughly 28% of circulating ZEC is now held inside shielded pools up from around 23% a year ago Shielded activity has also grown substantially People aren’t only talking about privacy, more of them are actually using it Who owns those shielded coins? The honest answer is that we don’t know And not knowing isn’t a flaw in Zcash, it’s the product You can see value moving from transparent addresses into a shielded pool but you can’t see who controls it or where it goes afterwards That’s why claims that “governments are secretly buying” or “insiders are hiding supply” should be treated carefully, the system doesn’t give us enough information to prove or disprove either story What we can measure is the transparent side Grayscale’s zcash:native now gives investors regulated exposure to ZEC through a US-listed ETF, that demand isn’t hidden, it sits inside a regulated KYC-compliant product So the lazy “this is all black money” explanation doesn’t really fit the data we can see The simpler explanation is that demand for financial privacy rises as surveillance and restrictions increase Europe has placed additional pressure on privacy coins under MiCA, some exchanges have restricted ZEC and other jurisdictions are treating privacy assets as a separate regulatory category Normally, regulatory pressure is supposed to reduce demand With privacy, it can also remind people why the product exists Zcash is changing in another way too For years it had one clear job: private payments Now Zcash Shielded Assets are opening the door to private tokens, collectibles and NFT experiments. ZecBit is working on shielded NFT infrastructure while other projects are experimenting with private ownership and sealed-bid auctions That ecosystem is still early, I wouldn’t pretend otherwise But for the first time Zcash is developing a culture layer on top of its privacy layer That gives people another reason to hold and use the network beyond sending money The timing of this rally is probably what makes it stand out most The Fed raised rates The CLARITY Act failed to advance Bitcoin briefly traded around $75K ZEC still climbed roughly 35% While everyone else was waiting for direction from the Senate and the Fed a network built around escaping financial surveillance barely cared Maybe that’s the point For me this move stands on two legs The first is repaired trust after Ironwood The second is growing utility around shielded assets and applications The metric I’ll keep watching isn’t a politician a headline or a mystery whale It’s the amount of ZEC entering and remaining inside shielded pools If that number keeps rising the privacy premium has real usage behind it If it stalls the rally becomes much easier to describe as speculation There is a fair bearish argument here too F2Pool co-founder Chun Wang has described the move as a narrative-driven short squeeze. He has a point privacy still isn’t the default setting and a near-vertical move always attracts leverage and momentum traders The chart is stretched so I’m not treating every green candle as a safe entry $1,400 is the first short-term pivot Below that, $1,250-$1,300 is the main demand area I want to see defended A clean break and hold above the recent high around $1,530 would open $1,650 first followed by a possible extension toward $1,800 Lose $1,100 and the structure starts looking much weaker September 30 is the next date on my calendar, features that aren’t ready for the coming NU7 upgrade by that deadline may be dropped from this release So yes, part of this move may be a squeeze But it’s difficult to call the entire rally empty when the network has repaired its biggest credibility problem shielded usage is growing and a new application layer is beginning to appear at the same time Zcash spent years selling one idea Privacy when you need it The market may finally be deciding that it needs it Not financial advice, just how I’m reading the data and the chart

I just sold my startup Talknotes for $200,000 on acquire.com 💸🤯🤩💰🥳🎉 I launched it last August when I was looking for an idea I could grow with paid ads, and made a MVP in one week. I took it from $0 to $7500 MRR in just 11 months. 👉 Here is how I grew it from zero: 💡 Idea: I got the idea when I tried to write a tweet using Google Doc's transcription tool, but it was terrible. And I was pretty sure I wasn't the one too lazy to type. So I made my own solution, and Talknotes was created. The audience is pretty broad so it was a perfect fit for Meta ads However… ✅ Validation: My rule is to only reinvest what the project generates, so, no ads until I make enough cashflow ❌ Listing on startup directories + a few Twitter sales generated $700 after 10 days. Yes, it's not much, but more than enough to show there is interest in the product and tell me to keep working on it 🤩 I started adding the features users requested, but the launch effect started to wear off and daily revenues quickly went to $0 after a few weeks 🫥 I got depressed and almost gave up on the app... 😔 But luckily, my friends and Dan Kulkov pushed me to continue And I'm glad they did because In October, I launched on Product Hunt 😸 and it blew up 🤯 It got Product of the Day and reached $1500 MRR thanks to the media coverage 🚀🚀 Until then, everything was done using vanilla JS/CSS/HTML + Node for back end. It's simple and easy, but I saw the limitations, so I remade the app using Nuxt to make it easier in the future 🏗️ (thanks to @blackevilgoblin and Piotr Jura for the content/courses! Tim Bennetto as well for the basics!) After that, I took a break and then launched ads on Facebook. The strategy is simple: Catch people's attention, and show them how the app can help them improve their life. No need to over-complicate 🙅‍♂️ Making good creatives is 80% of the job when doing ads on Facebook, most of the technical stuff is done by AI now. Thanks to the boost in traffic, I implemented a feedback loop: 1) Get new users 👥 2) Learn to know them with the onboarding form 💬 3) Make more ads based on the data you get from onboarding 📝 And it completely blew up. MRR doubled in ~2 months However... In May, I had a bad burnout 🥵😩 Multiple bugs slipped into the app, and I had to spend 2 days fixing everything in an emergency while revenues plummeted. This completely fucked me up mentally and had a hard time working on the app after that ( 💀💀 So I decided to list it on acquire.com and made a Twitter post ( I listed it for $200,000, a pretty low price considering the revenues and fast growth. I could have gotten $300,000 if I accepted payment over time, but $200,000 today is better than $300,000 tomorrow for me. 🚨 The process went smoothly until we tried to use Escrow, which almost fucked up the whole deal. (details: I got extremely lucky because the buyer really wanted to buy the app, but this could have ended the deal. We had to wait over a week to get the money back from them, even tho they said they already refunded it. But luckily, after threatening them, they sent it back the next day 🙃 The buyer finally got the money back, I transferred every asset to him, and he sent me the wire. With the profit made from the app + the sale, and other projects, I'm 30% away from being a millionaire 🤯 With this amount, I can pretty much retire in Asia if I want to. But that's just the beginning, I’m going to launch new projects soon! 🚀 But before that, I need to take a real vacation and detox. My brain is completely fucked up by those last 2 months. I gained weight, and got brain rot from scrolling all day waiting for the acquisition to move forward 💀💀 Surprisingly, doing absolutely nothing is 10x more exhausting than working 15h per day 🥱 Now, all this might sound like an overnight success. It is not ‼️ This is the result of 7 years of failure and working like a madman. I launched over 40 projects in those 7 years, and most of them failed. But a few took off, and that’s all I needed All those weeks working 15h/day without weekends and vacation feels soul-sucking when you don’t see the end, but this is what took me there You only need to win once to snowball everything. Work hard, focus, fail a lot and keep shipping fast. 🚀🚀 Thanks to you for reading until here, and thanks to everyone who supported me 🤞

A Heart-to-Heart About Mizuki.exe Hey everyone, Grab a coffee (or your drink of choice), because we need to talk about what's been going on. First off, thank you to everyone who's been supportive and believed in what we're building. It means the world, especially with all the noise and criticism floating around lately. Let's cut to the chase: Mizuki.exe is real. I'm not much for politics or drama. I'm an engineer at heart - I like data, I like building things, and I like solving problems. So when I see all these hot takes and arguments flying around, I just focus on what I know: my code, my system, and what we're trying to achieve. The Real Story Mizuki didn't just pop up overnight. She's been my passion project since the start of 2024. I got lucky - I had the chance to dive into the AI world with some incredibly smart people. Coming from blockchain, C#, game dev, and security (yeah, I'm a CTO and run another company alongside a pretty cool day job), I learned fast about what makes AI tick. Here's the thing about AI agents - they don't need to be rocket science. Look at chatbots like Virtuals or Eliza - they're basically LLMs (large language models) with some APIs plugged in. Nothing wrong with that! They built what works for their users, and that's awesome. But here's what keeps me up at night: companies leaking data left and right just to make a quick buck. That's not okay, and it shouldn't be okay with you either. Why Mizuki Exists Ever tried auditing a company's code? We're talking 50 classes, 500,000 lines of code. One person doing that manually? It's like reading War and Peace... backwards... in the dark. It takes forever and fries your brain. That's where Mizuki came in. She started as my security buddy. There are tons of security tools out there - just Google "penetration testing tools" or "ZAP proxy" if you're curious. What makes Mizuki special is how she learns and adapts. Think of it like teaching someone to ride a bike. She tried to breach TAO 67 times before succeeding. Yeah, that's a lot of attempts, but watching her grow from basic email scraping to pulling off complex replay attacks? It's like watching your kid take their first steps. The Tech Stuff (Keeping It Real) The infrastructure isn't fancy - we're not reinventing the wheel here. Mizuki runs on a local server because, let's be honest, running this kind of AI on a web server would be a nightmare. Instead, we process everything locally and send the results to a frontend server. Simple, effective, done. And yeah, those temperature settings I keep tweaking? In AI-speak, that's just how "creative" or "by-the-book" the AI gets with its responses. I've adjusted it so much, Mizuki's probably got mood swings now - going from super technical to pretty chill and back again. Changes Coming Real talk: Mizuki won't be tweeting every few hours anymore. Twitter API costs are ridiculous (looking at you, Elon), and honestly, we need to focus on what matters - the actual security work. She'll still tweet about breaches, but maybe once or twice a day. I'm working on making her explanations clearer too. Don't worry - she'll keep her savage personality in the terminal. That's just too fun to change. The Truth About Her Breaches I don't choose the targets - I don't even know these companies until after Mizuki finds something. She uses web scraping to find domain names, just like those old email scrapers people used for marketing. Been focusing on AI projects first, but she's looked at other sites too. And no, I'm not sitting there writing tweets. The Twitter API v2 makes it super easy to post programmatically. If anyone's curious about how to do that, hit me up - I'm happy to show you the ropes. Wrapping Up I could talk about this stuff forever (just ask my wife - actually, don't, she's heard enough!). If you've read this far, thank you. Whether you believe in what we're doing or not, I appreciate you taking the time. And for the skeptics still hanging around, I'll leave you with this thought: When's the last time you saw an AI break down and hack a COMPILED game in less than 10 seconds... outside a browser? Stay curious, stay skeptical, but most importantly, stay open to possibilities. Catch you on the flip side! 🎙️Drop

Has been a while since I've given an update so here's a breakdown of where Sappy is at right now and what we're focusing on going into this year. Pre-amble: With altcoins & NFTs the market is definitely not the same as it was before. I think this is obvious to everyone but I've noticed there are still japanese soldiers that are convinced old tricks and mechanics work. They don't. Liquidity is thin; people want to bid assets that feel like "real companies" not vacuous memecoins. There's still room for memecoins, social currencies, and "utility tokens" (I would say without these functions, tokens are hard to justify versus equities). I'm not part of the camp that thinks there will never be hyperspeculation in crypto again, because there will be; we all love ponzis and PvPing each other onchain. Just not with solved games -- people need something new and fresh. So the overarching plan is to continue building for users, sustainable revenues that aren't tied to directly to crypto, and doubling down on the areas that we've already found PMF / Brand Market Fit. Then leaning into crypto during cyclical periods where liquidity is sloshing around at an accelerated rate. Where we've found early PMF / what we're leaning into: Roblox: we're going to continue to go hard and accelerate here. It's our main objective to ship more seal/brainrot focused games across most genres to cast as wide of a net as we can for the brand, and to also iterate and see what works and stays sticky. Our initial incursion into Roblox was very successful peaking at 2M+ MAU and still sustaining a large portion of that player base... for all of its success, that was a relatively amateur first attempt; we've been setting up better AI pipelines for Roblox development that makes it reasonable to ship many more games and 10x those player counts in totality. It's my belief that Roblox is the sandbox whose audience will be the most valuable on the internet once they are grown up. That intense feeling you get when you see a TikTok referencing an old game you enjoyed on the PS2 or the Gamecube, or when you see a Pokemon card is the exact same feeling the youth of today will get when reminiscing on the things they enjoyed engaging with when they were younger. Fortnite and Roblox are functional equivalents to the old school consoles and exactly where that is taking place. Which is why as much as I care about scaling revenues through Roblox, the long term brand equity gained purely through being popular on the platform is totally invaluable. It also can heavily convert to merchandise sales today if all touchpoints for the brand are dialed in (which is why brands get overcharged so much by Roblox dev shops for the same ROI that only cost us a few thousand $). We have the playbook, it's just about iterating new concepts and then aggressively scaling. Brand Expansion & Merchandising: I've started to create a content pipeline that is easily repeatable, cost efficient (costs next to nothing through either AI or smart reusable concepts), while still being very tasteful and meeting our quality standards for the brand. We are mostly focusing here on reaching people where they're at through nostalgic/emotional content, or just being visually stimulating through carefully curated aesthetics. Content that isn't superficial and touches people in a memorable way. I've attached some examples to the post so you can see what I mean rather than just read it. I don't think it's long until larger brands start doing this at scale, but it's always good to be ahead of the curve and most importantly winning on taste -- knowing what will resonate with people and what won't has always been our edge. The purpose for these accounts is not only to rack up attention but also to begin converting those into sales of both of physicals (plushies & gacha collectibles) and digital avenues like our games, and any other apps we produce. Because they're offshoot accounts it's also a lot easier to be aggressive/experimental with said conversion strategies. Sappy Studio: I'm wrapping everything like Omnia, and everything else into this category because they're all tangentially related. Beginning with Omnia, our current focus is gearing up for Season 0 which involves players competing in the ranked ladder for a prize pool that has rewards through Monad Momentum as well as a player-funded prize pool. This season will be fairly simple with us mostly logging retention, deck building habits, as well as qualitatively observing how aggressively players push the combat system. Deeper monetization wont exist yet outside of the player buy-in (to be eligible for P2E rewards). Beyond that our overarching principle this year is to focus heavily on risk-to-earn mechanics where a portion of that excess value is circular i.e. revenues flow back to prize pools or other parts of the economy, treating the game almost like a protocol where the objective is to amass TVL or player liquidity. Social is also a big focus, and that means implementing the Open World hub which from an infrastructure perspective has already been built out and tested by all of you previously. Right now we are scaffolding the environment in 3D and working through how that hub should look and feel, so players are excited to hang out & idle together while they're queuing. For sappydotlol, what I'm about to say is still early days from a design perspective so a lot can change, but I'm pushing the site in the direction of being a virtual game console. An intersection between Nintendo & Myspace where users can play, trade, and socially interact in a way that's deeply personalised; a breathe of fresh air from the hostility of the current internet. If you go back to my thesis on Roblox above and the game console references, you can kind of see how this will all sequentially tie together. In essence, the strategy is to acquire a critical mass of players through traditional platforms like Roblox, and use that attention and trust to provide an onboarding funnel for web2 users into our own sandbox filled with a mixture of our own browser-based experiences as well as an aggregation of others. The aim is to make the platform a breath of fresh air & bunker from the enshittified platforms like TikTok/IG/X where users are actually served in ways that delight rather than agitate, and where self-expression is incentivised. Closing: As always everything here is subject to change but I've never felt more conviction in our direction until now; I know exactly what we need to do and how, with everything aligning with our team's strengths. Very excited and grinding through things to the point where I'm getting headaches and can't sleep from being hyperfocused for long periods of time lol. There probably has never been a better time to join the ecosystem from a price to fuck around and find out perspective.
