You can reinsert the pin into a grenade that still has the spoon, so they should add that as a mechanic, maybe by pressing R?

I dont Play CS, but that isn't even actually realistic! The grenade shouldn't start cooking until you release the spoon! It should be perfectly reasonable to re-pin a grenade when switching weapons.(though maybe less so in the molotov's case.)
