VeeFriends Comic Books are BACK! We’re finally dropping our newest issue. Comic Book #18: Shells Kitchen drops August 12th! 👇🧵

/15 Comic Book #18: Shells Kitchen hits the VeeFriends Shop on Wednesday, August 12th at 12PM ET and @garyvee is throwing a LIVE launch party at 5PM ET on Whatnot that same day! BOOKMARK:

/15 Observant Oyster, Calm Clam, Loyal Lobster, Sufficient Shrimp and Sensible Sommelier debut in their first comic book appearances, as a newly successful YouTuber Amanda keeps returning to a seafood restaurant hoping for her food’s advice to change her life.

/15 In Comic Book #18, we finally get to see the traits that can make Lobster’s loyalty powerful – a warm, direct, and compassionate spirit that makes you feel safe to hear hard things.

/15 Sufficient Shrimp is in Amanda’s corner from the beginning of Comic Book #18. His energy is contagious and he's very supportive.

/15 Calm Clam shows how measured she can be. She listens until she understands, and when she speaks, it lands.

/15 Observant Oyster debuts in Comic Book #18 as one of the bluntest characters, only opening up when he has something worth saying that’s perfectly timed and impossible to ignore.

/15 Sensible Sommelier is the first face you’ll see at Shells Kitchen, simply pointing you in the right direction and trusting the kitchen to do the rest.

/15 Shells Kitchen is written by James Patrick, creator of the critically-acclaimed Astronaut Down, Campisi: The Dragon Incident, Monsters of Jimmy Crumb, Hero Hourly, and the smash hit Kaiju Score.

/15 Cover A is illustrated by VeeFriends Executive Creative Director @djcoffman, one of the foundational creative forces behind the VeeFriends comic book series.

/15 Cover B is illustrated by @theawkwardyeti Nick Seluk, creator of the massively popular Awkward Yeti webcomic and New York Times bestselling author of Heart and Brain, Gut Instincts, and Body Language.
