I wish that could happen in JHB. People don't respect the rules of the road or other drivers. They park on the road no hazards and they don't give a damn

How about this? Imagine a situation where all the taxi drivers in South Africa followed the law, stopped only at the designated areas, and cared for the passengers' comfort. It would be a huge improvement for the transport system, the urban planning, and the public security...
