I've seen several social media accounts claiming it impacted near the local US Consulate. I spent a lot of time operating in and around Erbil and the Consulate in my younger days and Zin City is roughly 3 miles as the crow flies from the Consulate and, for a city the size of Erbil, it's no where near the Consulate. It's the American equivalent of saying something that came down in mid-town Manhattan impacted near Brooklyn.
