The amount of credits you can spend each month will be fixed by the state and can be switched off as the state so decides. You will only be allowed to travel where the state decides you can or can't go. Say something negative online, your credits will be reduced. You are seen via surveillance where you are not allowed to be such as in a park that is not within the boundary of where the state allows you to live, your credits will be reduced. You own your own home? Not when CBDC arrives, your home will be valued by the state and you will be credited with that value, the state will then own your home; you will never be allowed to use those credits. If the state decides you are to be moved from your home that you no longer own, your credits will be stopped until that move is made. You will shop online only on sites permitted by the state.
