VERY Clear Orders From A Fire Command Officer.

The chauffeur said he was on the second floor fire escape, then the IC tells him to get off the roof. Sounds more like a lack of leadership ability.

As most of us know, fire operations are controlled chaos. Probably frustration brought on by excessive radio chatter.

That's a pretty clear command

Crossed orders?

This I understand occurred some 30 min after the order to evacuate the building.

Why do they all act like tough guys?

Command presence has many forms...

I can’t quite understand what is being said?
