Very cool footage from the ‘77 Brewers

Thanks for sharing! This is when I first fell in love with the Milwaukee Brewers. I was 14. Absolutely loved sitting in the LF Bleachers when my parents let me borrow the van (a couple years later)& take all the neighborhood kids to a day game! Great memories! ❤️⚾️

The Brewers won 67 games in '77 and 93 games in '78, one of the greatest one-season turnarounds in MLB History! We changed our logo to the classic ball in glove, hired Harry Dalton as GM and George Bamberger as Manager, and the next half-decade was glorious!

This was really great to see! A little sad though, hearing the optimism from Yount and Bando, and knowing that 82 would be their only real chance…and they’d get so close and come away empty handed.
