My first Allsvenskan goal was against Djurgården at Fredriksskans on the 10/05/2008. Before I made my first team debut for Kalmar FF, I spent 3months playing for the reserve team while I training with the first team on a daily basis. My first encounter with Nanne Bergstrand before I signed with Kalmar FF, he told me how much he trusted me and how he will love it that I joint the team after laying down the plans for me in the team. He said "you will be the joker of the team this season" I didn't understand what he meant be that but I didn't care about that because I trusted myself enough that I will definitely play more than a joker role if given the chance. So during this 3months playing for the Reverse Team I was not happy at missing games for the first team at all because training with them made me feel like I can play in this team. During one of the games with the reverse team against Malmo FF away from home was when everything thing changed for me. Playing against them is always difficult even their first team. We won the game 3-4 and i scored 4 scored 4 goals against a very good Malmo FF reserve team and that was the last time I played for the reserves that season. The next day there was no recovery for me so I had to training with the first team as usual. Nanne called me before training and told me I will be with part of the first team match squad moving forward. May 10th I scored my first Professional goal after being on the pitch for 10mins and I did it in style. I was so happy to have scored the last goal of the game to give us a comfortable 5-1 win. The joy and tears in my eyes was the reward for my patience and determination to prove myself that I have a place in the first team. I went on to play 21 games for the first team and became the replacement for our Brazilian star Caesar Santin who joined Fc Copenhagen. Be patient with yourself and trust in your abilities to make it happen.

An own goal and a 93rd minute winner 💔 yet our away support were never silenced Manchester United have spent over £1bn on transfers in the past 10 years. الحمد لله دائمًا وأبدًا، حصلت على درجة الدكتوراه من جامعة سينسيناتي. خلال المرحلة الأخيرة من رحلتي الدراسية، أصبت بسرطان الغدد اللمفاوية. مررت بأصعب لحظات حياتي خلال تلك الفترة مع الصراع مع المرض وبين الدراسة والغربة، ولكن بفضل الله تم شفائي من المرض، واليوم هو يوم تخرجي. شكرًا لوالديّ، شكرًا لزوجتي على وقوفها بجانبي خلال تلك الفترة الصعبة، شكرا لكل من وقف معي وساندني، شكرًا لوطني على توفير فرصة الإبتعاث وتوفير التأمين الصحي. الحمد لله دائمًا وأبدًا. Thanks to Allah Almighty, I have officially obtained my PhD in Nursing from the University of Cincinnati. During the final year of my PhD journey, I was diagnosed with lymphoma and was also expecting a new baby. I cannot believe how I managed to balance fighting cancer, caring for my family, and completing my PhD tasks. I would like to thank my parents for their prayers and my wife who has been a tremendous support throughout this journey. I am also grateful to my dissertation chair, Dr. Miller, and to the rest of the committee members for their endless support. Without their contributions, this achievement would not have been possible. Finally, I want to thank my government for providing the scholarship opportunity and covering my medical expenses.

They went home with 8 winners, many placings and plenty of prize money. On target for similar number of runners this year. Having UK runners is so important to the festival and we love to see it. We’ve worked hard on this with great support from Albert Bartlett team for their €100k Triple Crown Series. Sean Crowe has visited UK tracks and yards all season. The Serbian forward had great season for BarryU Men’s Basketball, averaged 14.2 points, 11.3 rebounds and 1.1 assists per game. FT Spurs 2-0 Brentford Finally a great win at home and a very good one it was to. The fans so deserved this win coupled with Arsenal losing it’s been a great day for us. You can’t fault the performance and the team effort but if you’re trying to I can’t help you. No mention of XG today thankfully. We were aggressive in the tackle fought for every 1st and second ball we were so strong in the challenge playing on the front foot. Our passing was crisp and swift. Xavi had a great MoM game with a lovely assist and a great run and finish. Richarlison has done so well today with the press and his passing and hold up and that’s another goal for him. Thought Bentancur had been excellent with Archie Gray in the middle. Micky’s tackling today has been absolutely on fire. Kudus has been excellent on the ball and finally DJed did well but should have buried his chance. Let’s keep this going happy days at last I’m going to enjoy the weekend. #COYS 🤍💙

My Friends, I just wanted to say THANK YOU to everybody who contributed to our Day of Giving in celebration of the GarySiniseFoundation's 13th Anniversary. We beamed Proto Hologram’s very own Howie Mandel from Proto’s Van Nuys, Ca showroom to the Dayton International Airport to mess with holiday travelers. During his holoportation beam, Howie met Christopher, a former boy band member/current sober nurse, who was home for Thanksgiving to see his mom. Christopher made a TikTok of his experience and he was visibly shaking from the nerves from having the experience of what felt like physically meeting Howie. Christopher doesn’t have the same experience if Howie was on zoom. Christopher doesn’t have the same experience is Howie was prerecorded. This was a very live and interactive connection between Howie and Christopher. Christopher’s viral TikTok can be seen here. We beamed Proto Hologram’s very own Howie Mandel from Proto’s Van Nuys, Ca showroom to the Dayton International Airport to mess with holiday travelers. During his holoportation beam, Howie met Christopher, a former boy band member/current sober nurse, who was home for Thanksgiving to see his mom. Christopher made a TikTok of his experience and he was visibly shaking from the nerves from having the experience of what felt like physically meeting Howie. Christopher doesn’t have the same experience if Howie was on zoom. Christopher doesn’t have the same experience is Howie was prerecorded. This was a very live and interactive connection between Howie and Christopher. Christopher’s viral TikTok can be seen here. For high performance youth teams in a Positional Play game model, shortening the transition times is an important detail requiring consistent training and development of a pressing mentality valuing defensive work . Measuring the time to recover possession is one way to gauge progress. In this group stage match at National Cup XXIII, the teams are tied 1-1 with just minutes to go. A promising attack by my Valencia CF Academy M07 team stalls when a pass is made behind a teammate. 2 seconds after the pass, the opponent has possession. 1 second later, we regain possession. Time to recovery is 3 seconds. (That is very good!) 5 seconds later the game winning goal is scored. Total time elapsed from bad pass to goal is 8 seconds. Dear friends, I’m so happy and excited to share that our most ambitious exhibition, Living Architecture: Gehry, was unveiled successfully at the Guggenheim Bilbao Museum! We used 50-channel projectors and trained a custom AI Model with ethical data and sustainable computing, using real-time Cloud computing to let iconic gallery 208 dream new worlds. I’m deeply grateful to the entire museum team , our curator for their incredible support, our sponsors for their trust, and my team for making the dream real. It’s an honor to be in a museum with esteemed artists, in a building designed by my hero Frank Gehry in collaboration with his design partner Edwin Chan and legendary Director Juan Ignacio Vidarte, who shaped one of the most important museums in the world for 3 decades. Being present in his last press conference was very emotional, and as he said, it’s time to change for the museum, arts, and humanity. Thank you from my heart!
