What was said today by INEC officials on @channelstv was that after taking the picture of the result sheet, the official should go ahead and post it using an App in the BIVAS even if there is no network. That once the official leave that location BIVAS will access network..

To correct something, ensure that the PO snaps the result and upload it (transmitted) at the polling unit. Inec has started that it can be uploaded without network access.
