The Constitution 130th Amendment Bill, 2025 is a step towards restoring public confidence in governance. It provides that if a sitting PM, CM, or Minister is arrested, they must secure bail within 30 days. Failure to do so establishes prima facie legitimacy of the arrest. Why should anyone oppose such a fair and transparent provision?

It is very important to have a level playing field in a democracy. I want to ask the Election Commission of India and CEC Gyanesh Kumar why they did not stop the transfer of money into womens accounts. Why did they allow these transfers to happen just days before voting in both phases. And why is no journalist sitting her asking this question to the Election Commission?

Join BJP nahi toh kursi cheen lenge. BJP is bringing in a law where PM, CMs, Ministers etc will be removed from their posts if they spend more than 30 days in custody. You can call it a forced BJP Conversion law where u have no option but to enter the BJP washing machine.
