I like to listen to people who know the subject matter, it’s always refreshing. As how’s showing and educating us at the same time, while casually walking 🙌🏾

With our sense of maintenance and emergency…I will be reluctant going into such building in Nigeria…

It's indeed not a rational ambition at all. Until systems, institutions, and national values change, we dare not go there!

Nigeria engineering students just want to graduate and start chest beating ; " I am a graduate!" Nothing concern them with futuristic buildings

One thing he didn't mention is that despite how audacious these structures are. They still cost relatively cheaper than most failed projects in nigeria. For example , the Burj khalifa has an estimated building cost of 1 billion dollars. In nigeria that is bribe money.

An apolitical view of the issue. Add current Nigerian politics and this tower becomes impossible

Only the intelligent will understand this piece. Unless we have leaders, who do not put their stomachs first before any development, then this can be achieved. See ordinary coastal road project and the drama of no accurate kilometers of actual completed jobs. Thanks

Tower F skyscraper project will be 420m when completed in Abidjan a west African city with a smaller economy landscape compared to Lagos. Nothing amongst the listed except Nigerians themselves can stop Nigeria if she decides to embark on such an audacious project.

Nigeria does not need tall towers when people are killed by bandits almost every day. Many Nigerians are poor, very poor.

For me personally, I don't understand how in lagos where we have large population of people and ehat we have are estate agents building duplexes and not high rising to accommodate the population and also encourage lang management. We need more 1004 buildings on the Island.
