if i eat it like this it’s not okay but if I chop it up and add some capers and call it steak tartare it’s acceptable? make it make sense

For anyone wondering: Yes, you can eat steak raw.... just like @IsabellaMDeLuca is doing. Totally raw steak is safe to eat, when it is responsibly sourced and prepared. Delicacies like Steak Tartare and Beef Carpaccio are well-loved around the world. However, there is always a risk when consuming 100% raw meat, especially for people who are at a higher risk of food poisoning including pregnant women, children, the elderly, and those with weakened immune systems. I'm pretty sure that Isabella doesn't fall into any of those categories. As for me, unless it's A5 Japanese Wagyu Beef or Kobe Beef, medium-rare is my Go-To temperature. Here's some GORGEOUS A5 at @GordonRamsay that we did one night (this was only half of it) 👇🏼

@ParisVegas @CaesarsEnt @GordonRamsay @GordonRamsayGRR @ChefStonks_ Thank you!!!

I’m big on “animal based” but I’m not eating it like this, there’s a reason our brains developed pretty rapidly considering all of human evolution after our ancestors discovered how to cook meat in fire.

I can't even eat it rare and look at you go. I guess I need to step my game up 🤣

worth a try!🥰

Do you even know what DEMURE MEANS?💀 How Is you eating some raw meat demure? It means shy/ reserved/modest/serious

You really should kill the bacteria and ecoli with at least a little bit of a sear. 😳

raw???

No just no. Man thrived instead of survived because of cooking. One of the theories of why our brains are so developed is cause we cook out meat which unlocks a lot of the nutrients in the meat.
