It is done. I just filed a discharge petition to force a vote to ban stock trading in Congress. Both Republican Speaker Mike Johnson and Hakeem Jeffries have acknowledged that insider trading in Congress is a serious problem and must be stopped, and have signaled support to stop the corrupt process of insider trading via individual stock trades, but political games have already started to play out behind the scenes so I couldn’t wait any longer. I look forward to working with every faction, every caucus, and every Member, Republican and Democrat, to deliver this win for the American people.

Like something like NET would be considered a breakout. It’s up more than 4%. Its ADR is 5%, so this would be less than its ADR. But you buy something like Citibank. Citigroup, when this thing is up 4%. A 4% move for something like this would be very rare. It’s almost two times ADR. Okay, like you can’t put a hard rule like oh, 4%, because it’s gonna be very different. You’re gonna have very different outcomes on different types of stocks. Like on a slow-moving stock, which you should never trade to begin with. You buy a 4% breakout, you’re chasing big time. I don’t like the 4% rule. And EP too, like EP doesn’t necessarily have to be 10% all the time. Sometimes it can be less. But again, it depends on the stock. If it’s a slower-moving like large or mega cap stock, an EP can be less than 10% gap up, like something like JD. This was like a hybrid of EP and breakout back in August, which I bought size. Like this thing only gapped up like 4 or 5%, but it was still an earning EP / breakout. Because it was a slower moving mega cap stock. Yes exactly, it’s all relative.”

My challenge is actually based on a bug I found in Apollo Server; in its default configuration, it uses the same blacklist-based approach to prevent CSRF. I was able to bypass it and use it as an XS-Leak in default configs. I’ll be writing a detailed write-up soon about it :)

My kids can be finicky when it comes to food, but my problem is with me. I don’t want them to be without so what ends up happening is if they like something, I will stock up on it. This is why I have two mega boxes of slim Jims in my pantry, this is why I have 4 Costco size boxes of Welch’s fruit snacks and so on. I have yet to find a healthy compromise when it comes to keeping a decent amount of the foods they like in stock. They change their mind too much and when they stop eating it the food expires so I have to throw it away. Almost like clockwork right after I threw it away, they ask for it again. I definitely know how it feels to try to make sure the kids have things they want to eat but with them changing their minds so much, that makes it quite challenging and I really don’t have a viable solution except to run to the store every time they want something. What do you do in this situation? I am willing to try anything at this point to avoid the waste of food and money.

On average Members of Congress make 600% returns on their stock portfolio and that is simply because they are privy to inside information. Everybody knows it, yet when I introduced bipartisan legislation to ban stock trading in Congress, Hakeem Jeffries blocked it. Yet if normal civilians, or in this case, military members engage in insider trading they face decades in jail??? I’ve had it with the two tiered system on justice when it comes to corruption on Capitol Hill.

And when you get a good opportunity, like a big opportunity on a more liquid stock, you won’t have the confidence to take the correct size because you’ve spent a bunch of time conditioning your brain to trade smaller for no reason other reason than you can sit on your two hands and wait for a more liquid opportunity. You need to get out of the game and out of this mentality. You have to trade everything all the time; that’s not how trading works. Yes, in the past 12 months, it has worked like that, but once this main trend ends, you don’t know when it will end. It is going to end, and there are going to be slimmer opportunities.”

The prompt is in the video, but basically, it is long $BTC and $HYPE while shorting $SOL. Impressive how easy it is today to create and backtest incredibly profitable trading strategies.
