After training at the gym for about an hour, why not finish off with some aerobic exercise? Try doing about 20 minutes on a treadmill or exercise bike. It's a very comfortable cool-down and also burns fat efficiently. This guy has a very relaxed and beautiful running style. Even though it's just a back view, it's very attractive💙 🏢🏋️‍♂️💪👨➡️🏃‍♂️🚴‍♂️💦⏩👍🥰🎶

3 Myths -Target only visual gaze w/central vision (Target, ball flight tracing back to target) -Freeze follow thru (full elbow extension occurs it’s just a very relaxed release of posture) -Guide hand must not move (guide hand-arm are releasing tension in a beneficial way)

Anyone else try Reve image generator yet? Reve Discovered it earlier today and it's DAMN GOOD, very nice surprise! Aesthetics are excellent! Solid prompt adherence as well. Censorship is also quite relaxed. Results can look very cinematic! Highly recommend trying it when you can, it seems like their servers are overloaded right now. Brought one of the frames I generated with Reve to life using Kling AI

Outfit of the day: casual in my garden. The top is Romanian traditional inspired and once belonged to my mother, who passed away 4 years ago. Wearing it always feels special, like carrying a piece of her with me in small everyday moments. The boho trousers are beautiful in motion, opening all the way up to my hips when I walk. Very feminine, very dramatic… and absolutely impractical when going up the stairs because I need to hold them so I don’t stumble in them. Lately I noticed myself naturally moving toward a more relaxed style. Softer fabrics, looser cuts, less structure. And it makes me feel even more feminine. #OOTD

Said goodbye to Larry exactly a year ago today. I adopted him right after my Dad died and he really helped me focus on something other than my sadness. He was a gentle giant - relaxed around other dogs, very sweet with children that would come up to pet him - he put a smile on everyone's face. Yes, I only had him for the last few years of his life; but man, we had a good run and I loved sharing him with all of you.

A few tips on running fast for older athletes: • You arguably never need to sprint all out. I’m very careful about hitting max velocity. In the videos I’m somewhere between mile pace and sprinting, which is plenty fast for most purposes. • Warm up well. I’ll always run beforehand, do some drills, then gradually introduce 3-5 seconds of speed before the main set. • It’s totally fine to start your strides slower. Marathon to 5k pace isn’t really “speed,” but it’s a good bridge toward it, especially when managing minor injuries. • Run with strong, controlled, relaxed form. It doesn’t need to be perfect, just efficient.

Goa Trip – Day 1 Lotus Sutra Beach Resort, Arambol (Review) - 4 Star Property I wanted my wife to experience the extreme North side of Goa - a vibe that’s completely different from Baga, Calangute or South Goa. Since I had explored this side earlier, I knew exactly where to stay, Lotus Sutra Beach Resort at Arambol. And trust me, the vibe hit differently. ✨ I booked their Partial Sea-Facing Hut, and the highlight of this property is simple: 👉 You open your room door, walk 100 meters and you’re standing on Arambol Beach. A true beach-touch property. Insanely accessible. The place is super green, peaceful, and perfect if you want that slow, relaxed North Goa energy. The swimming pool is nice, the ambience is chill, and everything around is walkable. ✔ Arambol Flea Market – 500 meters ✔ Arambol Sweet Lake – walking distance ✔ Beach shacks all around ✔ Perfect spot for sunset lovers We thoroughly Enjoyed our stay here and it was very relaxed day. If you want to explore the boho and artistic side of Goa, this stay is ideal. ⭐ My Ratings Hut: 6/10 Location: 9/10 Amenities: 8/10 Food: 6/10 (But you have options to eat at other Shakes nearby) 😇Redemption - This stay was fully redeemed using Scapia Points that I had accumulated through referrals. 🔥 Final Verdict If you want a beach property with a relaxed vibe, easy access, and the real Arambol feel - Lotus Sutra is a great pick for 1–2 nights. Perfect for couples who want to explore North Goa beyond the mainstream crowd.

There has always been some amount of elite hypocrisy. Still, I prefer what I call the “John F. Kennedy model of hypocrisy” to what we have now. JFK was a flawed man, but the image he presented to the American public was that he was a good husband, a good father. In his private life, though, he was a philanderer and often an absentee father and had other shortcomings. But he thought it was important to set an example for the people. And now we have the opposite. Today, our elites get married, they have kids, and for the most part, they live a very stable, conventional life. But if you ask them their opinions and attitudes around sex, family, around marriage, around law abidingness, hard work, punctuality, integrity, honesty, and so on, they take a very relaxed attitude. "Non-practicing libertines," as the Yale Law School professor Daniel Markovits calls them. Elites used to pay lip service to conventional values but privately strayed. Now, they publicly support straying, but privately behave in a more conventional way.
