vEVM is an on-chain gasless arbitrary bytecode execution engine. It's fast. It's free. It's live on @optimismFND testnet _right now_. It's one of the critical pieces of NotYourKeys Final project for Alchemy University.

Only about 80% of the op codes are currently implemented. The rest will be finished out over the next couple of weeks. Feedback welcome, let me know your thoughts and experience.
