Revolutionary and anti-colonial movements shot down this clause, but the natives of those territories ended up moving to the advanced nations themselves. Another problem, advanced nations are sick and tired of the rest. They don’t want to colonize them. They don’t want to let them in. They want the failing nations to be independent. And when they do that, failing nations harbor terrorism, narcotics and refugees that they export to advanced nations, forcing them to come back and try to find solutions. Only America (and with it a few select allies like Israel) is finding solutions. Europe is sipping wine, eating cheese, and disintegrating.
