When I was a kid, I would say I can't. My mother would say, "yes you can, you just haven't tried hard or long enough. Now go firgure it out" One of the best things she ever did for me.👍🇺🇲

it's called having a "growth mindset." u can YouTube it. any time u think/say a negative statement about urself u add "yet" at the end which unlocks your potential to never give up.

So true on what he said 👍 I remember viktor frank who survived the Holocaust wrote in his book , When V are no longer able to change a situation, we are challenged to change ourselves. Frankl’s point is sharp, yes life can deal brutal blows, but you’ve still got the reins on how you respond. But (Victim language) dodges that responsibility, trapping you in a loop of helplessness. For eg excuses like “they ruined me” or I can’t because of them enough, and your mind will believe it. Fact is Your brain 🧠 rewires to see obstacles, not options. Victim language destroys because it’s a surrender. So remedy is to Speak like you’re in charge, even when it’s hard, and you’ll start steering the ship 🚢 Anyway thanks for the vdo 🔥👍
