It’s clear that Jeffrey Epstein and the powerful men around him never thought these files would see the light of day, but because of the powerful courage and advocacy of survivors, justice will prevail. It’s time for these cases to come into the light! Last night, Congress voted to release the Epstein files—while that is a huge win, we must not let up the pressure until there is justice. We won’t leave any stone unturned.

JUST IN: Only 3 names will remain sealed out of the 150 names of associates connected to Jeffrey Epstein and Ghislaine Maxwell set to be released in the new year. 13 people fought to keep their names sealed however were unsuccessful. The three names that will remain sealed were “classic outsiders peripheral to the events at issue” and weren’t associated with Epstein. One of the three sealed names was wrongly identified in a photo. “This latest release will apparently have limited redactions — and thus possibly fill in some of the lingering questions about who helped Epstein,” reported the Miami Herald. The following video was a deposition on January 25, 2012. Epstein refused to answer almost every question.

Take a look at this statement issued by a group of Epstein survivors. It says, “Attorney General Pam Bondi failed survivors. After reviewing some of the UN-REDACTED Epstein files at the DOJ today, Thomas Massie and Ro Khanna say at least six men are implicated in the files, with one of them being a "prominent person" and another being "pretty high up" in a foreign government. Khanna pointed out that they found the six names by just reviewing files for two hours. Massie says he will discuss the names on the floor of the House of Representatives where he has legal protections. DOJ set up a room where members of Congress can review the Epstein files without redactions; however, members have already complained today that there are only four computers and that some of the files remain redacted. Khanna and Massie also noted that some of the files arrived at the DOJ from the FBI with redactions already applied, and that their legislation requires the FBI to remove those redactions; the FBI operates under the Department of Justice. Massie also said that the "algorithm" the DOJ used to process redactions over-redacted the names of women.
