It was never a ‘race’ at all. Charest hadn’t been in federal politics for decades & he was never even remotely close to contending despite a huge push by the left wing media. The idea that Pierre is only leader because of a foreign funded conspiracy is ridiculous to anyone with even a cursory knowledge of the CPC leadership campaign.

Pierre Poilievre and CPC inner circle jerk, instead of pivoting and reaching out to Canadians at grass roots levels, decided to gamble the election on pandering to Khalistani vote at the expense of grass root support and many other communities. They got voted in and Pierre lost his seat, thanks to inner circle jerk corruption and incompetence. I warned you. There will be so much coming out on this now. This is was one of the best chances CPC had to win in years. Next election will be much harder. The only way CPC will have another chance at forming a government is a full purge of elitist, spineless pandering insiders.

Does Pierre Poilievre intend to end equalization in Canada? I am not so sure he is because the CPC would lose votes in Quebec.
