NEW: Probate Judge Christina Peterson arrested for allegedly assaulting a police officer in Atlanta, Georgia. According to Atlanta Police, an officer working an extra job at a restaurant approached a woman after he noticed her crying. My best friend & fellow January 6 Political Prisoner is gone 😓 Barton Wade Shively has been called home by our Father in Heaven ❤️ (March 29th 1967 - June 22nd 2025) Bart was a tall, handsome US Marine & All American Football Player that become terminally ill from drinking contaminated water at Marine Training Camp Lejeune 😡 He developed serious & fatal non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma I first met Bart Shively (or as I called him Bartley!) in the winter of 2023 inside the Washington DC Jail The Weaponized DOJ & Merrick Garland threw Bart into the Washington DC Gulag for January 6, They tried to murder him with barbaric cancer treatment including chemotherapy and radiation inside a prison cell (they cooked him alive) ☢️ Bart fought everyday without complaint and always kept his big goofy smile (Jack-o’-lantern!) 🎃 Bart and I instantly became best friends & would pal around with Peter Stager inside my cell all day, reading the Bible, listening to music, beating each other up, AND EATING SNACKS: Peter’s homemade prison hookups! (Barts favorite!!) After the driver told one of the passengers that he was not allowed to get into the car with an open bottle of beer, he began to insult him, including about his nationality. The Ukrainian student, who works part-time as a taxi driver, tried to ignore the insults of the drunk passenger. When they were halfway there, the passenger attacked the driver for no reason, punching him in the face. The taxi driver used pepper spray against the offenders. Both of Mamdani's parents are of Indian descent. Mamdani was born in Kampala, Uganda, in East Africa. He came to the United States when he was seven. This wasn’t just about a plaque. It was a moment to honor a man who stared down cancer, persecution, and a broken system, yet still sang for freedom. Bart’s fighting his final battle with cancer, with hospice by his side. Yet even now, his spirit is unbreakable. In the DC Jail, we endured hell together—rotten water, filthy cells, and guards who tried to crush us. But Bart? He was a lion. Despite cancer eating at him, his voice shook the walls, reminding us who we’re fighting for: America. His part in Justice for All was more than a song—it was our fight, our faith, our refusal to bow. I needed to give Bart this honor myself, to look him in the eyes and thank him for standing tall.
