Claude Code vs Blender is getting f*cking ridiculous One approach builds a jet engine by hand The other turns a written description into a programmable 3D scene with rotating turbines, mechanical components, realistic materials, and cinematic camera movement And the difference goes way beyond modeling speed Traditional Blender workflow: > MODEL individual mechanical components > POSITION and assemble the geometry > CONFIGURE materials, lighting, and cameras > ANIMATE every moving mechanism > REWORK the scene when specifications change Claude Code + Blender Python: > GENERATE geometry from parameters > ASSEMBLE components programmatically > CONTROL turbine rotation through variables > AUTOMATE lighting and camera movements > REBUILD variations by editing the script The interesting part isn't that AI magically replaces Blender It's that Claude Code can operate Blender through Python, turning repetitive manual work into a reproducible system Want to test the difference? Open Claude Code and ask: "Generate a Blender Python script for a detailed turbofan engine with separate compressor and turbine stages, parameterized blade counts, independent shaft rotation, metallic materials, and a cinematic camera orbit Keep the geometry modular and expose the main parameters so I can regenerate variations without remodeling everything" Blender remains the rendering engine Claude Code changes how you build and control the scene Bookmark this workflow before your next 3D project

Using Blender camera animation with Seedance 2.0 gives you a lot more control over your shots. By keyframing the camera in Blender, you can precisely define movement, rotation, and framing, then bring that motion into Seedance. It's a great workflow for previs-style blockouts or any shot where intentional camera movement matters. To try this workflow, link below 👇

Asked o3-mini to make a quick water sim with an orbiting camera in Blender 4.3 using a python script. This took a few tries and some tweaking so it’s not a one shot. I’m optimistic this will improve down the road. Prompt below.

Camera control in AI video is solved. Move your phone → the camera moves in Blender → Higgsfield renders the shot. Your phone is now a virtual camera.

Created in Veo 3. Late-night tests inside Google Flow. The camera movement has been the most exciting part for me. Let me know in the comments if you are interested in my prompt structure to achieve this type of camera movement. This was text-to-video.

#RiverOfGiants – Progress Update #13 – July 20, 2026. We’ve now exported 25 of the film’s 53 shots into Blender, and we expect to finish the remaining shots by the end of the month. Bringing our short film from SFM to Blender means rebuilding camera movements that became misaligned during export. Some shots also require camera rotoscoping based on the original SFM previs. 👇Full update on Kickstarter:

In one of my recent creative experiments with MiniMax H3, I created a beauty-style UGC commercial. The lifelike camera movement, natural lighting, realistic expressions, and attention to product details made the final result feel clean, cinematic, and incredibly realistic. Looking forward to creating more with Hailuo AI (MiniMax) #MiniMaxH3

One of the Super Meat Boy 3D prototype levels. Our first test with a fixed camera angle. No 45° angles and weird camera movement. Super motion-sickness inducing, hard to control…but it led us to the final camera setup.

THAT GIRL video DARKOO ft MR M$NEY directed by me. Visual storytelling is something I’ll never get tired of exploring. The colors. The performances. The camera movement. . Every choice I make has the power to change how a video is experienced. This is what I did with “That Girl” And it was a joy to create.

What makes this funnier is that Taehyung is an Idol by profession so he has to look in the camera and talk while Seojoon is an actor and has to avoid the camera in scenes 😭
