Floods triggered by Typhoon Maysak in China's Guangxi Region reportedly washed away a snake breeding farm, allowing around 800–900 snakes to escape into nearby villages. While officials said most were non-venomous, several cobras were also reported among the escaped reptiles. Emergency warnings were issued as rescue teams searched for the snakes and residents were urged to stay away from floodwaters. Can natural disasters create dangers that are even more frightening than the floods themselves? #China #flood #floodrelief #snakes #typhoon

[ Field Footage ] Following the massive flooding caused by a dam breach in Guangxi, China, on the morning of July 11, 2026, heavy rain continued in Zunhua, Tangshan, Hebei Province. The latest footage captured by local residents shows that floodwaters have submerged the bridge deck, with severe flooding on surrounding roads, forcing vehicles to drive slowly through the water. Authorities continued to issue red alerts for heavy rain and flash floods throughout the day, forecasting that localized rainfall could exceed 200 millimeters within 24 hours, making secondary disasters highly likely. Video footage from the evening of July 11 showed severe flooding in Qianxi County, in the northern part of Tangshan City, Hebei Province. Flash floods had risen to half the height of cars, rushing rapidly down the roads through the village, and floodwaters had already entered villagers’ homes.
