This is seriously dope—video components really feel like the next wave, kinda like UI kits. The shadcn-style registry is a smart touch. That demo is smooth too—fitness screens, revenue charts, tweet mocks, everything just flows. Love how easy it is to mix and match blocks to build real videos. The catalog looks clean as well. @shadcn what are some examples you did that resulted in iterations back and forth with the LLM to get it right? like type of prompts you did, that would be helpful to see if I can create tools for the agent to figure it out better

I tried to take the mac toast notif and make that a full screen animation not just in top right. The first couple of goes got this scale and reposition edit wrong (and I don’t think I’m an idiot at prompting) Also installation was a bit janky. Would have been nice to just reference a url or repo rather than install.

Correct. “Take the toast notification in the top right and center it horizontally and vertically and scale it to take up the entire screen” should have gotten it done in my mind. Having to mess around with it for a while to get a simple change wasn’t the end of the world but got rid of the magic of hyperframes

@shadcn running sovra with 13 video models behind one tab — components are not where i bleed, it's the pricing tier underneath. costs flip every other week when a vendor retiers and my whole router config has to reshuffle. how does the catalog deal with that drift?
