@IndiGo6E This is very common in bad weather and mountain overhead areas. I’ve been cabin crew for 16 years - this is nothing actually - compared to turbulence over the South China Sea flights. Scary but manageable. Trust your cabin crew and flight crew. And LISTEN to them
