So the cops sat on that information for 2 decades. When I worked in Nigeria for 3 years around 1980 I'd get back and say it's corrupt over there. After the last 4 years of lies and deception, Australian political corruption leaves them for dead. This is one fucked up country.

Police allege the group was involved in home invasions, aggravated burglaries and car thefts, and that their stolen vehicle rammed four police cars in an attempt to escape. A video has surfaced a day after Shoaib’s alleged police encounter in Bijnor. Police had claimed Shoaib tried to snatch a sub-inspector’s pistol while being taken for medical examination, after which he was shot in the leg. However, the video shows several people beating a man on the terrace of a two-storey house before bringing him downstairs, where he is assaulted in front of police. The man said to be is Shoaib, who appears unable to walk and does not resist as police carry him away. The houses of an RSS karyawah and a VHP leader are located opposite his residence. They have alleged Shoaib vandalised their homes and looted jewellery and Rs 5 lakh cash.
