Ohhh !! This is actually very bad and unacceptable. How can one proudly work like this when it actually becomes a nuisance to the health of your customers. I believe the food and drug authorities should start making serious inspections at various food making facilities. There are a lot going on there that’s making a lot of people very sick. We shouldn’t sleep on this and I believe the police in collaboration the respective government institutions should rise up and make sure we are all safe when it comes to our food .

This is the reality for a lot of small-scale bakers. Limited capital, no easy access to proper equipment or loans, and weak enforcement. Still, consumers deserve better standards. Both the system and the operators need to do better.

What can I say? The whole country is cooked, he’s prolly not capable of proper equipments to get that done. He actually needs to feed and help his family, man gats do what he needs to do so man can survive. Let’s not blame him.

This one is even better, I have seen a bakery were the workers use some of this already moulded flour for pillow while sleeping, later they still cut it into Agege bread and put in the oven, that was how I stopped eating my favorite Agege bread 🥪
