After commissioning, please people should go to that school uninvited to verify if these facilities are still in place. I remember years ago in my secondary school (2000-2004), when some people from the government were coming to do some inspection, my school overnight got a mini-hospital, our labs were filled with lab equipment and there were a lot of things. I think we got also a mini-library as well. After a couple of days, all the things disappeared. Please Nigerians follow up. Our people are wicked, heartless, shameless and devilish, they have no human sense.
