Where are the firefighters? This situation demands aggressive rescue efforts and not "enikan npariwo o" Why can't they rush in to rescue the person?

In Nigeria, citizens do everything ourselves. We provide water, electricity, security, education, health nd emergency rescue. In an emergency of this nature, no ambulance, no firefighters, no NEMA, nothing. Even the emergency rescue operation Punch is reporting is by neighbors.
