introducing the media synthesis museum an active and interactive entity created to preserve generative cultural objects it starts as a Hugging Face organization that contains modern code for old techniques: VQGAN+CLIP, DALL-E Mini, ModelScope Video, Stable Diffusion 1.5 you can use old models/technique directly on Spaces or locally on modern hardware/software, without the old "colab notebook" dependency rot the idea is to really preserve and make accessible those artifacts and aesthetics - both open source. In the future, we hope to also have also historically relevant closed source like DALL-E 1 and DALL-E 2 from OpenAI, older Midjourney models, older Runway apps/techniques/models (cc Cristóbal Valenzuela David Sam Altman)

GPT Image 2 + Seedance 2.0 = Latte Art 🎶 Using a few techniques I’ve shared recently, you can create musical animations like this one. For this video, I used a Character Sheet + Storyboard + IPA. Even though it skips a beat or two in places, that’s totally normal. I think it blended the musical tone with the artistic style instead of following every beat literally. You can find the details below.

I’d rather spend my time refining the idea than figuring out complicated prompting techniques just to create a video. That’s what I like about Pexo: it lets you create and refine videos by describing what you want in natural language, making the editing process feel much more conversational. The chat-based editing is especially useful when you want to make specific changes, while Mark to Fix gives you more control over individual edits. If you already know how you want your video to look, Pexo makes it easier to focus on the creative direction instead of learning another complicated editing workflow.

Depth Any Video with Scalable Synthetic Data AI physicists and chemists continue to make strides in depth estimation from video. Check out this new paper featuring some impressive examples. See the thread for more details (unfortunately no code yet). Abstract: Video depth estimation has long been hindered by the scarcity of consistent and scalable ground truth data, leading to inconsistent and unreliable results. In this paper, we introduce Depth Any Video, a model that tackles the challenge through two key innovations. First, we develop a scalable synthetic data pipeline, capturing real-time video depth data from diverse game environments, yielding 40,000 video clips of 5-second duration, each with precise depth annotations. Second, we leverage the powerful priors of generative video diffusion models to handle real-world videos effectively, integrating advanced techniques such as rotary position encoding and flow matching to further enhance flexibility and efficiency. Unlike previous models, which are limited to fixed-length video sequences, our approach introduces a novel mixed-duration training strategy that handles videos of varying lengths and performs robustly across different frame rates 0 - even on single frames. At inference, we propose a depth interpolation method that enables our model to infer high-resolution video depth across sequences of up to 150 frames. Our model outperforms all previous generative depth models in terms of spatial accuracy and temporal consistency.

Latest police video doing the rounds.. 👇 Short clip of cops wrestling a lad on the pavement doesn’t prove “lethal force” or that they broke the rules. You can’t judge an arrest from 20 seconds of shaky phone footage. You don’t see what happened before, whether he was fighting, kicking off, or just refusing to put his hands behind his back. Cuffing someone who’s tensing up and pulling away is messy as hell – hands end up near the head because that’s where the struggle is. UK law looks at what the officer honestly thought was necessary in the moment, not what it looks like on Twitter. Head control and distraction techniques are trained for exactly this. Calling it “life or death only” from that video is stretching it.

Amy Schumer Flaunts C-Section Scar & Slimmed-Down Figure: A Warrior’s Journey? This comparative AI video really showcases how drastic the change Schumer has undergone. Left photo (April 2026 “Lorne” New York Premiere): Slimmer and confident. Right photo (earlier, pre-major transformation): Fuller figure during her health challenges. Amy Schumer is proudly showing off her C-section scar in a tiny yellow bikini on Instagram, calling herself a warrior. She certainly has slimmed down dramatically (around 50 pounds by her own account), and it’s great to see her feeling empowered. We’re not showing the C-section imagery out of modesty. She’s been open about the techniques behind it — primarily GLP-1 medications like Mounjaro (and earlier Wegovy/Ozempic), along with other approaches. While celebrating her progress is awesome, do the ends justify the means? Quick victories can feel great, but prioritizing sustainable long-term health and habits is what truly matters in the end. What do you think? Respect to Amy on her self-love era — here’s to real wellness for everyone.

A 95-minute action movie normally costs $50,000,000+ but Higgsfield just made one for under $500K in 14 days. And today they open-sourced every prompt behind it. You’re COOKED if you scroll past this: 1. Hell Grind: a full 95-minute AI feature film 2. Traditional budget for this genre: ~$50M 3. Their cost: under $500K. 100x cheaper. 4. Timeline: 14 days. Not 14 months. 5. $400K of that was pure compute 6. 16,181 generations for the first 25 minutes alone 7. 253 final shots. A 64:1 curation ratio. 8. That’s $500K of trial-and-error, distilled 9. And every winning prompt is now public 10. Every asset. Every scene. $0. 11. Studios would pay 6 figures for this exact knowledge 12. Open the kit, pick any scene 13. Reverse engineer how they kept one character’s face consistent for 95 minutes 14. That’s the hardest problem in AI video — solved in public 15. Remix a scene, post your breakdown 16. First movers on new techniques always eat 17. This is the opening move for the $1M Higgsfield Global Film Festival 18. The playbook for winning it is sitting in a free folder There’s a $1M festival on the line and the winning playbook is free. If you’re serious about getting paid for AI video in 2026, this is the best risk-free shot you’ll get. Open the kit tonight, pick ONE scene, and rebuild it. That’s your film school for 2026 and it costs you nothing. (clip attached — straight from the film)

I show you my new model before bed, Aria Monroe 🔥💛 you already saw her but I will show you her more times from today😉ps:better doesn’t make her angry!😅👇🏻 Good night, sleep well!✨ GPT Image 2.0 and Seedance 2.0 Mini 🎬 👉🏻Subscribe for more content⚡️ Video Prompt: Cinematic Korean action sequence in a narrow sunlit urban alleyway lined with brick buildings, air conditioning units, wooden pallets, and a prominent GS25 convenience store. A young athletic woman with long blonde hair tied in a high ponytail wears a form-fitting pink long-sleeve athletic crop top with a deep square neckline and matching fitted pink athletic leggings paired with clean pink athletic sneakers. Her face, neck, and upper chest have a light sheen of sweat, emphasizing that she has just finished training, while her expression remains calm, focused, and determined. She faces a group of aggressive young men wearing black tracksuits and hoodies. Without hesitation, she charges forward using precise, powerful martial arts techniques with lightning-fast punches, spinning kicks, elbow strikes, knee attacks, sweeps, and perfectly executed throws, taking down each attacker one by one with fluid, realistic choreography. The handheld camera follows closely through the narrow alley with dynamic movement, subtle camera shake, realistic motion blur, and rapid perspective shifts that heighten the intensity of every impact. Bodies crash onto the pavement as the fight escalates with cinematic momentum. In the background, three Korean schoolgirls in neat school uniforms stand near the GS25 entrance, watching the confrontation in stunned silence. Bright natural daylight casts crisp shadows across the brick walls and stacked wooden pallets, highlighting dust, debris, and realistic environmental details. The sequence concludes as the final attacker collapses beside the stacked pallets. The woman pauses, calmly adjusts her fighting stance, straightens her pink athletic crop top, and confidently walks away down the sunlit alley. Hyper-realistic live-action style, Korean action film aesthetic, high-energy choreography, sharp facial detail, physically accurate movement, cinematic handheld camera work, natural lighting, realistic textures, and feature-film quality.

Created with seedance 2.0 on Pollo AI [REFERENCE] Use the woman from the reference image as the exact character. Preserve her facial features, long black hair, white school uniform shirt, gray pleated mini skirt, white thigh-high stockings, white sneakers, body proportions, and youthful appearance. [VIDEO] Duration: 15 seconds Aspect Ratio: 16:9 Style: Live Action, Ultra Realistic, Cinematic, 4K HDR, 60fps, high-speed camera, anime wuxia visual effects. [SCENE] A spacious modern martial arts training hall with a polished floor. Soft dramatic lighting, cinematic atmosphere, subtle floating dust particles. [ACTION] The woman gracefully enters a relaxed Monkey Fist (Hou Quan) stance. Every movement is fluid, elastic, and naturally connected with smooth weight shifts and realistic body mechanics. She moves with the agility of a monkey—low crouches, quick side steps, rolling dodges, spinning sweeps, agile leaps, aerial spins, rapid claw strikes, spinning heel kicks, and flowing acrobatic combinations. Her movements remain feminine, balanced, elegant, and highly athletic, never robotic or stiff. Each attack transitions seamlessly into the next without abrupt pauses. As she attacks, black ink-like energy swirls around her arms and legs, forming dynamic brushstroke arcs that follow each strike. The energy spirals around her body during spinning kicks and explodes outward when she lands. Small shockwaves ripple across the floor while loose dust scatters realistically. [CAMERA] Cinematic tracking shots, smooth gimbal movement, slow orbital camera, dynamic close-ups during attacks, dramatic low-angle shots, seamless transitions, occasional slow motion during the strongest techniques, ending with a full-body hero shot. [MOTION QUALITY] Natural human motion, realistic muscle dynamics, fluid martial arts choreography, soft body follow-through, smooth balance recovery, continuous momentum, flexible spine movement, expressive hand gestures, believable footwork, no stiff animation, no robotic motion, no jerky movement, no sliding feet, perfect timing. [VISUAL EFFECTS] Black ink aura, shadow trails, wind distortion, dust particles, subtle motion blur, cinematic lighting, realistic physics, anime-inspired energy effects, ultra detailed. [ENDING] She lands softly in a classic Monkey Fist stance while the black ink energy slowly dissipates into the air. She smiles confidently at the camera. Negative Prompt: low quality, blurry, deformed body, extra limbs, bad anatomy, stiff movement, robotic animation, frozen pose, jitter, flickering, frame skipping, sliding feet, unnatural motion, poor balance, low resolution, watermark, logo, text, oversaturated, exaggerated body proportions.

#TheInvisibleDragon #เคียงมังกร #FirstKhaotung #เฟิร์สข้าวตัง Today’s training vs. Traditional Lion Dance 🦁🐲 Today’s intense Aerial Rope conditioning, deep flexibility work, and partner acrobalance training perfectly align with the physical and technical demands of traditional and high-pole lion dance in several key aspects: 1️⃣ Simulating "Pole Climbing" & "Mid-air Leaps" High-pole Jumps: Modern high-pole lion dance involves stakes ranging from 1.2 to 3 meters high. Performers must execute long-distance leaps across these dense poles. Aerial Suspension: In traditional "Cai Qing" (plucking the greens), performers often dangle from high structures using one hand or feet. The gripping and balancing techniques are identical to what they are practicing. 2️⃣ Extreme Upper-body & Core Explosive Strength Lion Head Control: The front performer requires tremendous grip and core stability to lift and manipulate the heavy lion head while suspended mid-air. Partner Stunts: Moving from a one-handed side extension balance to a standard high-pole double-lifting pose requires absolute elite-level acrobatic core control and strength from both partners! 3️⃣ Aerial Awareness & Coordination Lion dance requires a true unity to express emotions mid-air. Suspension and balance training help actors adapt to the sensation of losing ground support, allowing precise body control. 4️⃣ Extreme Flexibility & Injury Prevention To perform lifelike lion movements — such as deep crouches on top of high poles or extreme high-kicks — performers must have maximum flexibility. Executing a standard high-pole dual-lift strike while holding a high single-leg lift with arms spread wide perfectly demonstrates how intensive stretching expands their range of motion and protects their joints from high-impact landings. 💡 In modern theatrical productions, lion dance heavily merges with contemporary acrobatic arts. Therefore, integrating "Lion Dance + Aerial Stunts + Core Balance" is an incredibly smart, highly professional choice by the production team. These training sessions require overcoming pain, fatigue, sweat, and even minor injuries. I admire every effort you've made! I'm incredibly proud of you 🥹👍 Looking forward to The Invisible Dragon 🐉🔥 A tribute to the team 🙏 Thank you P'Ja Yossie for everything 🙏 Included below is a video of traditional lion dance training, showing how to jump from the ground to the plum blossom poles for a performance and then back to the ground ⬇️

🎬 Backrooms (2026) One of the internet's greatest success stories. In May 2019, an anonymous user on 4chan posted a grainy photo of an empty room. Sickly yellow walls, harsh fluorescent lighting, damp carpet, and an overwhelming sense that something was deeply wrong. Someone added a caption claiming that if you're not careful, you can "noclip out of reality" and end up trapped in an endless maze of identical rooms known as the Backrooms. Nobody knew where the photo was taken. For five years, the image spread across forums, Reddit, YouTube, and social media, evolving from a creepy image into one of the internet's most fascinating pieces of modern folklore. Then, in May 2024, four users on Discord finally traced the image using the Wayback Machine. The photograph originated from a 2002 renovation photo taken inside a former furniture store at 807 Oregon Street in Oshkosh, Wisconsin. But by then, the truth hardly mattered. The myth had already become bigger than its origin. The Backrooms entered a completely new phase in January 2022 when a 16-year-old filmmaker named Kane Parsons uploaded a nine-minute short film called The Backrooms (Found Footage). Having taught himself Blender and VFX techniques, Parsons transformed a niche internet creepypasta into something cinematic and terrifyingly believable. The video exploded in popularity and quickly became one of the defining horror projects of YouTube's generation. Hollywood took notice. Just a few years later, A24 greenlit a feature film adaptation and handed the project to Parsons himself. Operating under the codename Effigy, the production built a massive 30,000-square-foot Backrooms maze in Vancouver. The crew reportedly tested dozens of shades of yellow to recreate the unsettling atmosphere that made the original image so iconic, while the scale of the set became a story in itself. Born in 2005, the same year YouTube launched Kane Parsons became A24's youngest director ever. At only 20 years old, he achieved something almost unimaginable: turning an internet urban legend into a major theatrical event. The story of Backrooms is remarkable not because of where it started, but because of what it became. An anonymous image posted on a forum evolved into a collaborative online myth, inspired millions of viewers, launched the career of a young filmmaker, and eventually became a global horror phenomenon. Few pieces of internet culture have made the journey from obscure message board post to mainstream cinema. The Backrooms did. All because of a single photograph and a simple idea that tapped into a universal fear, the feeling of being lost in a place that looks familiar, yet somehow feels completely wrong.
