OCC: 4:36 PM ... 2 MALES WHERE INVOLVED IN A PHYSICAL ALTERCATION ... AS A RESULT A JOHN DOE WHITE MALE FELL INTO THE TRACKS AND WAS HIT BY THE TRAIN ... MEDIC 27 PRONOUNCED AT 5:42 PM ON SCENE ... It looks like the bigger guy was gripping up the smaller guy. Then the smaller guy took two swings and the bigger guy fell back. I think it's a stretch to say he was "thrown".
